I loved the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The kids also loved the swimming pool and spa. The staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with the free fresh apples provided in the morning and the free snacks provided at the bar. What needs to be improved is that the TV is so old that you can't connect to Netflix, YouTube, or your phone at all, and the bed mattress is so worn out that two people are crowded in the middle in the morning.^^

A locking door that malfunction had me go back and forth in the hotel for 45-60 minutes. Low overnight staff was overwhelmed.
Very good attitude from the crew that said.
Maybe I haven't simply been lucky. Will give them a second chance in the near future.
The bar wine-list by the glass did save the evening.

We enjoyed our stay a lot.
A small detail that would have been enjoyed: we missed having more hooks in the bathroom and bedroom for our towels and clothes. Having where to hang our winter coats nearby the door would have been great.

They have a signature “scent” they pump through the hotel that gave me and my colleagues headaches. It’s one of the weirder places I’ve stayed, and not in a good way. The bed was very uncomfortable with a concave mattress topper.

The room we had doesn’t belong to a 5 stars hotel. The bed and tv were ok, that’s all the positive I have. The sofa was dirty, the room was beside the jacuzzi. The walls were so thin that the room was shaking when the doors around were closing. Of course we were hearing everything around (jacuzzi or rooms around). I’m glad the customers around were not noisy in addition… because despite a low attendance, we were only able to sleep from midnight to 5am. Terrible experience, I will never recommend this hotel. I don’t know if other rooms are better, but I would not take the risk
