Super modern design, the room was spacious. Lounge hour with free drinks were included. However, the bathroom was small.

I have booked a hotel with Ctrip for 10 years, and this is the most disappointing time.
1. I originally wanted to book a suite hotel across the street. Finally, we booked this hotel because of its garden and breakfast room.
2. As a result, the hotel cost nearly 3,000 yuan per night, and the breakfast was a cold meal. There is only food on one stand in the photo.
3. The photos of the hotel in the introduction are not realistic. Picture 2 is the so-called restaurant. Completely different from the restaurant in the introduction
4. The hotel is very small. There is only one receptionist at the front desk who is responsible for reception and setting out breakfast.

The location is very good, and it is close to the town center of Queenstown. The room is also very big, and the bathroom facilities are good. It is within walking distance of the station. The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very nice, it has a great sense of design, and a good location. You can walk to various places, but parking is a bit troublesome. There are five parking spaces in front of the hotel, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Later, the front desk told me that even if I park on the roadside at the door, the police will not issue a ticket. Hahaha, it is indeed the case.

The decor reminded me of an Austin Powers movie - it was quirky and colorful. Our two rooms were quiet. The room amenities - coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sparkling water, cookies, popcorn were appreciated. It is a short walk to downtown Queenstown. Our travel company booked our rooms along with our tours so I can not speak to price as it was all included in our trip. I would use this hotel again as the beds were comfortable and the rooms large and clean. Just be aware that breakfast is not served until 8 am - we missed it two out of our three days since we had early tours. When we were able to use it on our last day the ham & cheese croissants were great.

Boast of breakfast and a social hour, both are crumbs at best. The happy hour serves 3-4 people, when there are usually a dozen or more! Same at breakfast, horrible coffee, a quart jar of yogurt and a big spoon. We travelled 35+ days and this was the poorest experience in NZ and Australia, and the most expensive room! The people working there were so rude, totally out of character for these two countries. So sad and disappointing!

Overall the hotel is fine, but be wary of using the washer and dryer. Despite what the display on the washer may say, each load takes at least an hour. And the dryer took a full hour on high heat to dry my quick-dry travel clothes. Finally, while the coffee maker in the breakfast room is a Nespresso machine, management does not provide Nespresso brand pods, and the coffee was terrible. Better to have breakfast somewhere else

Perfect location for a trip to Queenstown. Nice property with quiet rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast is included and they even have a happy hour in the afternoon. Definitely would recommend and go back.
