We requested to cancel and refund the booking since the person who will be using the hotel got sick. We sent medical certificate as proof but they denied our request. It's nonsense to go to the hotel when your sick and have a high fever. First, it's for the benefit of the workers at the hotel. Second, aren't we supposed to the staying at home when you are experiencing covid symptoms to prevent the spread of the disease. We've sent them medical certificate as proof of this but we are still denied with our request. The request even lasted for more than 7 days due to the hotel's slow response. They won't even answer phone call. We will never use the hotel ever.
I'm very thankful with the trip for assisting us with our request.
