Wir waren schon mehrmals für ein paar Nächte im Hotel zum Schwan. Es hat uns sonst gut gefallen. Diesesmal muss ich allerdings sagen, dass die Angestellte unfreundlich war, leider richtig genervt wenn man als Gast auschecken wollte. Auch vorher kam kein guten Morgen. Leider wurde auch um 8:30 h kein Rührei mehr nach gebracht. Obwohl man von 8 - 10:30 h frühstücken konnte. Mit Frühstück werden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

Bei unserer Anreise war die angegebene Telefonnummer über eine halbe Stunde lang nicht erreichbar. Wir mussten solange vor dem Hotel warten, ohne sicher zu sein, ob wir an diesem Abend noch unser gebuchtes Zimmer nutzen können würden. Eine Entschuldigung dafür gab es nicht.
Als wir dann endlich reinkamen, war auch alles OK. Wir hatten jedoch Glück, dass wir ein Zimmer zum Hof bekommen hatten. Auf der Straßenseite ist es durch Kopfsteinpflaster und den Autoverkehr ziemlich laut.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für das Geld völlig ok und liebevoll. Die Zimmer sind nicht die modernsten, aber sehr sauber. Nur die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen.
Alles in allen, waren wir für den Preis mehr als zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen
