I also used them on my last trip. In addition to the fact that there are not ***y good hotels in the area, I think this is the best choice when traveling to Ranchi on a business trip from the perspective of service and safety. I would like to use it again next time.

Sapna as a hostess was very welcoming, and assisted us for the entire duration whenever required. We were well welcomed during the check-in process and were well assisted with the parking and let luggage. All the in house dinings were well provided in time. Thanks team for all ur support.

Ambience ,weather and hospitality was world class....sapna,draksha,saina,rahul,naveen,ravi and aadil served my breakfast to perfection...breakfast ambience is really nice amd the room are so well maintained. The bar have have a fine collection of wishkeys....bbq good

The strategic location, well designed building accomodating air and light scientifically this hotel is a covered destination for a traveller to Ranchi. The railway station, airport, city centres, Govt offices are all easily accessible and even to go out of the city by road, well connectivity to various highways make this location of the hotel attractive. The hospitality of the staff and cordial behaviour are to be mentioned. The hotel offers attractive and wide spread breakfast every morning. The happy hours in the bar or sumptuous food throughout the day would mesmerize the traveller.

My stay at Radisson Blu Ranchi was fantastic. The hospitality at the hotel was top-notch, and the room service and housekeeping were excellent. The standard of the hotel was very well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. I must mention the Front Office Manager, Pinak, who went out of his way to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will surely choose to stay at Radisson Blu again whenever I'm in Ranchi.

Radisson Blu is a nice hotel to stay in the city. Nice ambience, secure environment and very friendly staff .I stayed in the hotel for five nights it was like home for me . Waterfront, caramel are good restaurants to have food and coffee . I was surprised kids were celebrating birthday late night in caramel coffee shop which feel me very connecting to feel like home . It was nice hotel with all facilities.

Stayed in room no 301 ,it was amazing experience. New renovated room with welcome amminities is a different experience. Food quality and service was awesome. Its a safe hotel for single lady . Security arrangements is very good here. Reception staff were polite and supportive. Cleaning was very good .

We visited Radisson Blu for our event held at the hotel. The foods, services, staffs, ambience were all excellent and very well taken care of. We liked the food and the services was top notch that you can expect from any Hospitality. We loved everything. Thank you Radisson Blu Ranchi.

Noise level in room 509 and 407 was too high as it seems i am sleeping on street.after i complain about loud noise in room 407,they were nice to change my room,but after change the noise level was raised and it was terrible in room 509 Dont take rooms on swimming pool side as management has neither control on events or any discipline Its worst experience so far in any hotel in india
