Service is the worst among all Hilton hotels i visited. Not enough staff and most of them are either inexperienced or not trained! An experienced ones are not welcoming at all and just talking among themselves on the concierge desk. Shuttle bus also delayed and not showed up according to the schedule provided. Room is old and TV channels are all domestic ones only. Restaurants don’t have proper wine menu and staff have no knowledge about wine /sake. Good thing is the location, next to ski slopes and niseko village.

The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the hotel team was met with genuine kindness and a willingness to assist. The attention to detail that the staff exhibited was truly remarkable. Our room was always impeccably cleaned and beautifully presented, making us feel like we were stepping into a sanctuary each time we returned. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their diligence and dedication in maintaining such high standards. We were also thoroughly impressed with the outstanding dining experiences at the hotel. The chefs' culinary skills and the waitstaff's attentiveness created an exquisite dining atmosphere. Each meal was a delight to our taste buds, and we appreciate the effort that went into crafting such memorable gastronomic moments. Beyond the physical aspects, what truly sets your hotel apart is the genuine care and personal touch that your staff provided. Whether it was offering insightful recommendations for local attractions or going out of their way to fulfill our requests, the level of service we received was exceptional. The apartments are tastefully designed, combining modern comfort with a touch of local charm. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Niseko's stunning surroundings. Convenient location, offering easy access to both the vibrant town center and the breathtaking natural beauty that Niseko has to offer, as well as the best restaurant offer in Annupuri area.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

This hotel delivers more than expected! Usually the websites over promise and under deliver however this was the other way around! As others have mentioned rooms are quite small but completely adequate, the only thing we could suggest would be to offer coffee & tea in the room (there is a kettle & fridge). Bathroom has toileteries which are decent quality. Room was warm and thus ski clothes were dried well. There is good storage for ski equipment and a lovely small gym with good quality kit (open 24/7) All staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area giving good instructions and suggestions for places to eat. There is a shuttle service to the town but it is also a pleasant walk (without ski gear!) The small convenience store on site is ok but a little expensive (although this is independant of the hotel) Breakfast is plentiful, everything fresh and inviting to eat - there is an egg station where you can get eggs any which way. The diner us surprisingly good - a small menu but made to order and like breafast very fresh. The bar does happy hour and some lovely cocktails :) There is a ”common room” whereby you can cook for yourself - this would be good if travelling in a group. Overall a great mid priced (low for the area!) hotel

I have been staying at the Green Leaf off and on for over 10 years. It is an excellent location for ski-in, ski-out, but unfortunately the hotel services have gone downhill. I had two rooms, and the Wi-Fi never worked in either room or the routers could not be fixed. Limited Wi-Fi was obtained by using a neighboring room. The room radiators which was convenient for drying gloves and ski clothes, I was informed, have been permanently turned off. Most disappointing of all is the morning breakfast. My family and I had always looked forward to it, but it has continued to get more frugal and sparce every year and is now comparatively poor from what it was 10 years ago. The hotel is trying to save money in the wrong way. It is obvious that the entire setup is now being outsourced. The supervisor in charge is very nice and personable, and doing his best with what is available, but the food quality is very average, and even the personnel are no longer Japanese. There used to be a nice coffee station as you exited the buffet room. It is gone. Real cream for your coffee, gone. Nuts, grains, and raisins for yogurt, gone. Assorted cheese section, gone. Assorted multigrain breads, gone, and the general food quality has become cheap. The Goshiki Restaurant, from 2nd hand sources, all expressed their disappointment with this evening restaurant in the same way as the breakfast. If food is not a concern, then the Green Leaf will be fine for you. If food is important for a nice ski-in, ski-out vacation, then you might consider a neighboring hotel instead.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

This hot spring hotel is nestled in the picturesque mountains, perfect for those traveling by car. With its traditional Japanese-style architecture. The hot springs offered here are excellent quality. However, please be aware that the hotel is located a bit far from convenience store. To make your stay more convenient, it is advisable to come prepared with any necessary items or food beforehand.

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. This place is really beautiful. The single-family villa is really comfortable compared to other hotels in Niseko. The kitchen utensils are very complete. I bought seafood and meat and cooked my own food in the evening. The pick-up and drop-off appointments we made with the housekeeper were all on time and very polite. The heater in the room is really warm. I want to know what brand it is 🤣 When I woke up in the morning, it was covered with powdery snow. It was really beautiful. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Annupuri. The Annupuri ski resort is also good, suitable for novices, and also has advanced trails.
