這次甘南遊5天4晚都在攜程訂的舒適型酒店，結果後3晚住的都是藏族人開的酒店，衞生、設施和服務一個比一個差😱這樣的酒店是怎麼進入舒適型這個隊伍的？這家酒店沒有電梯，熱水限時供應，無免費純凈水供應，房間裏有收費的特大瓶純凈水。浴巾和毛巾比抹布還臟，床單破大洞還鋪給客人用，我們一行三個長者，讓前台安排搬下行李都囉囉嗦嗦😡藏民酒店享受特殊待遇嗎？

景點酒店的硬件不能用城市裡的標準來審視，基本的要求就是舒適跟便利，便利方面沒話説有自己的停車場，附近吃的也很方便；衞生方面退房時看到兩個小姑娘認真地每個房間拖地打掃就覺得很安心；給前台説了房間的吹風機不好用也馬上就送新的過來；加上前台小姑娘笑容很燦爛😄
下次來還會住，也推薦給朋友

沒有暖氣，熱水不熱，冷熱水標誌弄反，門反鎖不了，一直在滴滴響。燈是壞的，開燈的時候一直閃，床被單毛巾發黴不乾淨

早餐沒吃，住到四樓最靠邊的房間，看着賓館門口寫着有地暖，但是房間一點温度都沒有甚至很冷，打電話到前台，説他們燒着呢，但就是我們住的房間沒有，明知道冷，也不採取措施，問有沒有解決的辦法，説那要不你退房，還有一堆人等着住呢，所以就店大欺客？？
