Atlantica Imperial Resort - Adults Only

The bar and restaurant staff are amazing. The quality of food is exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable and lots of storage. The red carpet service for drinks at your swim up pool is non existent. A bit disappointing. Trying to get room service is a challenge. No menu available and trying to get red wine delivered to my room took three phone calls even though I am being charged! All in all I am enjoying my holiday and would certainly recommend this hotel. The swim up room is well worth the trip.

The most excellent hotel, the Mylos restaurant food and service are beyond compare. The Aegeo Spa is fantastic I’ve never had such a fantastic massage thanks Esmeralda you completely relaxed me. I’d return anytime. All the staff are so hardworking and friendly and Orsy and Jenny in the bar deserve a very special mention. Thank you all for giving my partner and I a very special holiday.

We have just returned from a 10 night all inclusive stay at the Atlantica Imperial Resort. From the moment you arrive you are looked after and nothing is any trouble for any of the team On arrival we were greeted with a cold towel and a glass of sparkling wine, which was very welcomed after an early start and swiftly checked in and guided to our room which was a swim up room in the Residences. The room was a very good size and the facilities within the room were excellent, very helpful to have an iron and board in the room and the safe free to use. The toiletries in the bathroom are of very good quality. The room was cleaned to a high standard each day. The holiday was booked for my 40th birthday and my husband had contacted the hotel a couple of weeks before to organise some surprises for me, the hotel also added a couple of surprises for me as well and ensured I was looked after on the day. We enjoyed 2 nights in Ginger a la carte restaurant where the service we received from George was second to none. We were very lucky to be served by Kiki every day when we went to the Sky Bar, her personality and friendliness really made our holiday an enjoyable one. She has time for everyone and you can tell that she really enjoys what she does as this reflects in the level of service she provides. We also received the same service from Orsy and Jenny in Orfeas Lounge and for them to remember your drinks order each time, considering how many people they serve over the course of the night is remarkable. Maria the Guest Services Manager was also very attentive during our stay as well as Nicole from the Residences reception who always greeted us with a smile and a hello. We can honestly say that this has been one of the best holidays we have had, the team go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your holiday.

Our stay was lovely, but the spa was the highlight, Esmeralda and Aurel were really good and it was the best massage we've had in a while. The food and staff generally were really good and friendly. We loved every minute of it. Would come back anytime.

Just back from a 2 week stay, we were in a premium sea view room on half board basis. The hotel is pretty big and sits in extensive grounds right on the beachfront of the lovely bay. The resort itself is pretty small and the majority of bars & restaurants were yet to open for the season. The public bus to Rhodes town & Lindos stops right outside the hotel, 4 euros each way and a great hassle free way to see some of the island. We were happy with the vast majority of our stay, there were a couple of ******* that did slightly detract from our overall experience. If you dislike smoking around the pool areas then this hotel may not be for you. We also usually avoid hotels that offer all inclusive, the culture of early morning binge drinking isn't really our thing! Guests were very occasionally pretty loud around the pool and clearly making the most of the drinks that were available from early in the morning. If you like to watch tv in your room be aware that there were only 2 English language channels that we could find, BBC & Sky news. There were lots of German & French channels. Food was good, lots of choices and presented very well. We did miss a dedicated order what you like 'egg station' though. The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly Maria from guest services. She was very professional at all times and she is a real credit to the hotel. Overall we did enjoy our stay but we wouldn't return due to the slight issues mentioned above.

We are off to our sixth visit in 35 days and cannot wait! The hotel is beautiful and we have seen something new every time we visit to make it even more luxurious. The staff are wonderful ,from housekeeping ,to spa,to desk, to chefs, to waiting staff , apologies if anyone missed. The scenery is amazing and there are local walks, the harbour and church are worth a visit as is the nature reserve- known as the rocks. We appreciate having a TUI rep on site as not everyone wants to use online. The information app stations are very useful however just to click on.

Cannot fault this hotel! Brilliant from start to finish..As soon as we got off the bus we were greeted with lovely staff, a glass of champagne and a cold towel. The room was amazing, beach is right on your door step, food buffet option was endless & just overall lovely environment. Unfortunately our holiday finished early due to my friend falling ill and ending up in the hospital. The staff we cannot fault them! Booked us a taxi within 5 minutes arrived to take us to the hospital, the security chap for driving me to my room and back to save me from walking to get essential items (you are a breath of fresh air! So lovely and funny especially as it was 2am!), and the hotel quickly followed up with us the next day to ensure we were okay and if we needed anything which was just lovely and really appreciated. On leaving lovely gentleman rang us a taxi in advance to get to the airport & just overall lovely staff. I highly recommend staying in this establishment..Breath of fresh air and positive staff..Such a shame we left earlier than we plan, but haven’t put me off in coming back as soon as I can! Thank you again for taking care of my friend..It is very ensuring to be treated like that when in another country for the first time & not knowing where anything was. Brilliant and cannot thank you enough.

Been there for the first week since the first day of the opening. Although i should expect there to still have construction groups around, noise, miscommunication, normal things during the first days, i was suprised. Everything was well planned and ready since day one! Excellent food, crystal clean rooms, entertainment. I can't even imagine how it will be later on. Special thanks to everyone, especially the housekeeping team and the cleaner of my room. Spotless job. And believe me normally i see every single detail. Thank you all for the great time at the hotel. Even though it was a business trip, when in the hotel, i could forget everything about work. Looks like Imperial stands on its name for good. Plus the waterfall in the hotel is a great relaxation meeting point
