The view of the hotel is very good. You can see the sunset. There are resident singers on the Internet, and the speed of the Internet is quite fast. The most important thing is that three meals a day are included. It is not too convenient. It is very, very recommended. Great

This hotel is amazing, don’t ever be afraid to ask for anything they will help you and fix it more or less immediately.unhappy with the room or not having enough pillows .You will have extra pillows in the matter of seconds and a new room .They are very quick to fix any problem. The best part of this hotel is the staff I am a young traveler myself and very unfortunately I had caught the worse stomch bug of my life -constantly throwing up for 3 days staight .They ran around after me for those 3 days because I couldn’t get up .Reception rang ever 2 hours to check up on me to see if they could do anything to help ,bringing me water and extra blankets and helping me when needed .It was so refreshing as being sick in a different country is scary .The lady working on Saturday 11 of may on reception in the evening really needs a pay rise as she went above and beyond for me ,didn’t quite catch her name due to the state I was in .please give her the recognition she deserves.Moving on from this the older gentleman who worked in the reception-hosting and sitting people down really made me feel at home , getting the chefs to make me a special soup to help my stomach as I couldn’t eat anything and popping up to my room in meal times to check on me .I couldn’t of asked for a better team to look after me

Fantastic hotel! We have spent 11 nights here and couldn’t fault anything. The food is great and there is a good selection at every meal. The staff are friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Spyros the restaurant manager who goes above and beyond all the time. Big thank you to Spyros and Georgina who made my birthday very special with bubbles and cake. The cocktails were nice, I tried them all 😁 The rooms are bright and clean and the air con works well, the beds are incredibly comfortable too. The pool is lovely but a little cramped, I think more people would use the beach opposite if it had some facilities. The beds are a little uncomfortable by the main pool but at the quiet pool they were much better. There was some quality entertainment in the evening, good singers and dancers. All in all we loved 🥰 Oceanis and Ixia so would definitely return. We hired a car and found beautiful beaches, go explore, it was so worth going off the beaten track. We also went to Lindos. It’s awesome but very tiring so take good shoes and water.

We visitied this hotel for a relaxing all inclusive package. The hotel is lovely and clean. All staff are friendly and there is a mini market on site which is a bonus. The hotel offers a paid shuttle service to Rhodes Old Town and there are bars within walking distance. Limited included drinks menu and there is an extra charge for some spirits and cocktails which goes against the all inclusive ethos. Entertainment is limited to ping pong, daily darts tornaments and water aerobics. Night time entertainment is provided - not great but enjoyable when drunk. Just a point if you have a sea view room you hear the entertainment through the windows so if you need a sleep its not relaxing. The food here is frankly the best i have had on an all inclusive package. Lots of choice and every night has a theme to change up the choice - cannot fault this. One disadvantage is that there is no designated smoking area, which is not great if you are a non smoker. This hotel is popular with people of all nationalities and the numbers of smokers is huge. No matter if you sit on the terrace or round the pool you are engulfed in puffs of second hand smoke, from people smoking where they wish. This is really off putting when trying to sunbathe or eat a snack. The pool is nice and spacious, however its not heated so is absolutely freezing. Its cleaned regularly in the evening so always looks inviting. The hotel allow ball games and inflatables in the pool so you cannot peacefully swim without either of the two either hitting you or monopolising the pool. There is a quiet pool round the back of the hotel but the same rules apply so again you cannot swim in peace. The biggest disappoin**ent is the advertised 'beach' be warned the photos are VERY good and DO NOT represent the beach. The beach is across a very busy road with no crossing facilities (zebra crosses mean nothing to motorists), making it dangerous to cross for an adult, let alone children. The beach is as wide as 2 sun loungers and is made of 'builders rubble sand' strewn with rocks, sharp shale, and cigarette butts. The sea is too wrough to swim in, and there are no toilet or drinks facilities on the beach, so if you need either, you have to cross back across the road. Nice hotel, but it requires a little polishing, in my opinion. Good value for money.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! Hotel staff were very attentive and catered to every need. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Food was 10/10, great selection. There were themed nights too and food was always fresh. The manager Spyros was very welcoming and always made sure we were happy with everything. Waiters were exceptional! With a mention of Valantis and Sokratis making sure there was a seat and table for us at every meal time where we wanted to be, very efficient at their jobs. All staff seemed happy too. Cocktails were delicious, local sprits and beers were readily available. Bar tenders always had a smile on their face and very happy to serve whatever you wanted. Rooms were clean daily with fresh towels. Hairdryer needs improvement, I would recommend bringing your own. Pool was spotless and plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment was different every night and there were activities (darts, aqua aerobics, etc) to do during the day. There is also a shop on site that includes all the basics but do expect to pay a premium for this. There is also a sectioned off area of the main beach that is for hotel residents. It has sun loungers available all day free of charge. There is a gym too, it has all the basics. Good enough for a week away. Only downside, the hotel is based next to a road so do expect traffic noise. This did not take away from the experience at all. Well worth it. We will be back again!

The hotel has a very nice view and we had rooms with a sea view. Besides, there's a bus station just at the interface of the hotel which is very useful if you want to go to the ancient city of Rhodes. Furthermore, the food was great and delicious. There are multiple options from which you can choose. There are many things you can do during your accommodation; for instance, swimming, or fitness. There are also entertainments each evening after dinner which give your evenings a cozy sphere. Sometimes there is an opportunity to have a sniff of the Greek culture. Finally, and the most important thing, is that the staff was really nice and friendly. We would like especially thank our amazing friends who hosted us: Spyros, Georgina, Valantis and Vassilis. We enjoyed our vacation thank you so much!!
