I regret booking this hotel very much. The steps at the entrance of the hotel are high and steep. There is no special ramp for dragging luggage up, so I have to climb up the steps with hand luggage. The cleanliness of the room is extremely poor, there are bottle caps left by the previous guest, the floor and the bathroom floor are stained and sticky, the coffee machine and the tray are also dirty, the attitude of communicating with the front desk is good but the problem cannot be solved, the hygiene is still the same, I had to do it myself. The air conditioner was also very loud. The American breakfast is average. It was written until 10 o'clock on weekends but it was still closed at 9:30 o'clock... I really endured it for a week, and I will never stay in this hotel again. It is better to book a Hampton by Hilton.

Property was updated and clean. Particularly loved the decor of the dining area. Located downtown Richmond it was the perfect location for what I needed. Front desk personnel were kind and sepcial thanks to guy from Philly who worked the desk and made sure we had everything we needed. Simple continental breakfast that had something for everyone. Kitchen staff extremely kind with morning greetings and always available to help. Great coffee!

We were unable to park under the hotel. We did not know there was another parking area available, so we had to use the parking lot across the street. However, the management took care of our parking lot without even asking! That made an enormous difference in the stay. How thoughtful.
The room was fine. The bathroom door did not stay open, which would have been nice. It would have helped to have had a bit more light in the bathroom, as well.
The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived were friendly and very helpful with answering any questions and offering suggestions. It was such a nice welcome.
Overall our stay went well. We were not there long, but we enjoyed our stay and would schedule a stay at this location again in the future.

The lobby is pretty unappealing, nobody at the desk or contactable by phone after 10PM, the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

The hotel was clean, orderly, and neat. I have stayed here before and appreciate the location. The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I will book again when i come back to the city.

Front desk staff was not welcoming or very friendly. He rather had stayed seated and watched football than check me in. This check in was on 12/16 around 7:00 pm

Facility was very good. Rooms very clean. Staff courteous and responsive. Daily room service is NOT automatic so make sure you request it. There are two restaurants less than 2 minute walk while all of the other restaurants are 7-15 minute walk away. Downtown Richmond parking is not always available for driving to these other restaurants.
