This hotel is fantastic!!! The staffs here are really nice and careful! The hotels of Leadings Hotels are always goooooood!

This is a hotel you can't fault. It's very quiet, has an excellent location, and the service is professional and considerate. Misha, the parrot in the breakfast room, is like an old friend and is always ready to chat with you. This is my fourth time staying here and will come again.

The same brand is also in the ancient city. The price in Riga is a little cheaper than the one in Tallinn. Unexpectedly, the quality has not declined, it is perfect. Breakfast tableware is very rare in all hotels, and paired with delicious food, it is a wonderful memory!

A wonderful hotel that allows you to experience Riga in the best possible way. You are in the center without having almost any noise and that allows you to even sleep with the windows open

Nice and quiet place, friendly service. Sauna was OK but some details need upgrading: few hot & cold shower markings missing, sauna water bucket handle misding, water throwing ladle a bit loose from handle.

Superb location, right in the heart of the old town … the service was really excellent… they made 2 reservations for us and both were outstanding choice .. thank you ( sorry for not remembering your names - both the ladies were extremely courteous and attentive to any requests we had ) … service with a smile would definitely be the motto here … me and my wife loved our stay here and if ever we come back to Riga rest assured we would stay here

As always, super friendly staff. Best bar with ambiance and great staff. Embryonen had something to learn here.

What makes this hotel stand out is its very well trained, ultra friendly, helpful, and sharp staff. Adding to enjoyment to be greeted by your name upon arrival and during your interactions with the front desk attendants, is the comfort of its premises. I so very much recommend.

One of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.

Spotless rooms, AMAZING customer service. Delicious food at restaurant. Excellent location. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and would HIGHLY recommend.

I arrived in the afternoon after 2 1/2 hour drive and was met with a smiling receptionist who had me swiftly checked in. Visited the bar for a tea with a friend before going out for dinner. Great service and offer. It was a treasure. Breakfast is also super. This time was no exception. I have met some of the staff since 2008 and that is a measure of a great place to work. Looking forward to my next visit

Good location. Old and not maintained. I’ve asked to be moved, because of the noise and the bells that goes off 8 in the morning. I was refused. The lady at the front desk told me, “ the noise in not a good enough reason for you to move rooms” And the hotel bar smells like an ashtray. They allowed to smoke in the bar area. As you can imagine the smell travels all over the hotel lobby.

Excellent hotel- they just get everything right, even dealing with problems. At one point we were miscommunicated breakfast time but the staff were so fantastic at dealing with the problem by ensuring that we were looked after that it not only wasn’t a problem - it was turned into a big positive. They take customer service very seriously. Excellent experience all round - other hotels could learn a lot. Great food. Lovely location. And very quiet l. All round well done !

Friendly very efficient staff. Good quality amenities in room and great central location. Definitely would stay again!
