Hotel Kursaal

I stayed a few days with my 9 year old daughter who was participating in the competitions of the gymnastics event in celebration. Last night while they were sleeping, at 4:00 in the morning, the door to our room was opened by two girls who came in, turned on the light and then realized they had the wrong room. We woke up and scared and of course we couldn't sleep anymore. In the morning, when I asked the manager about it, I was told that she would check the cameras and then they would let me know. I left without having any news and for the rest of the day they didn't give me any feedback. Only in the afternoon, after calling back and being told that the hotel had no responsibility if strangers entered my room, did I threaten to call the authorities if I didn't get an explanation from the manager. I was contacted immediately after receiving an apology, accompanied by various explanations, including the hypothesis that it was me, with my little daughter inside the room, who had left the door open. Of course I didn't, I am unhappy with the lack of security and privacy of the facility and the way this situation has been handled. Luckily only fright without serious consequences

We arrived. Key did not work. After 3 times we only received a new key card from the receptionist. In the night it was blowing so hard that we thought there was at least a hurricane. Turned out we couldn't close our outside door. There was mold on the ceiling. Everything worn and chrome everywhere. Mirror in bathroom filthy. Carpet had holes in it. Sewage smell and so on

Good food, rooms and services with minimal spaces. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. In the bathroom the small shower is very inconvenient to use. Staff without a minimum of professionalism .. Medium-low quality.

I stayed 3 nights last week with my husband. Superior room facing the sea n.414. Having found very few reviews I was doubtful, then I discovered that the management changed from January 2022 and I decided to try and trust. I booked by phone and spoke to the kind owner Soili who made me a competitive offer. The hotel is in Marina Centro but a 25-minute walk from the central area of via Vespucci, although it is surrounded by bars, pizzerias, shops ... We arrived after 10 pm and the reception from the night porter was typically Romagna: big smiles and kindness. Room 414 is small, but I got to see other rooms and they are bigger. (but they are not facing the sea) Let's say that the small room, however, is worth it for the spectacular seafront view. Perfect air conditioning, empty minibar (which I prefer so I can put what I want), large TV but positioned in a corner not very comfortable to see, very large electronic safe, wardrobe for my tastes a little small if you spend more than 3 days. Fully refurbished bathroom with a nice shower, rain shower head and color changing lights for chromotherapy. Very popular in-room bathrobes. Comfortable mattress as well as pillows. Very good cleaning. Surely the hotel needs a more careful ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, but I understand that for a new management you cannot do everything in a short time ... you can see the effort in wanting to fix the things that are wrong and the owner in this is very diligent. The dining room is very nice with a beautiful window facing the sea. In the morning, breakfast is served as an assisted buffet. Great choice of homemade cakes (the pear and chocolate cake is delicious), brioches, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheeses, scrambled eggs and sausages. juices, cereals, yogurt, delicious biscuits, bread, hot drinks from the machine but the milk used is fresh. A really great breakfast !!! Lunch and dinner are really good. Choice of menu between three first and two second courses, every time there is fish, water is included. The green apple sorbet is sublime. The portions are not huge but really VERY tasty. In addition, there is always an assisted buffet of salads and vegetables au gratin, or one evening even the dessert buffet. The dining room staff is very knowledgeable, polite, fast, friendly, especially Marco. Nothing escapes him. I also like the flexibility in the opening hours to the restaurant. Breakfast from 7.30 to 10. Lunch from 12.30 to 13.10 and dinner from 19.30 to 20.10. Usually in 3-star hotels in Romagna the hours are fixed, which I don't like. The hotel also offers bicycle service, where the first hour is free, then costs 2 euros per hour. I've always found some bikes available. A small problem may be that there is only one lift and you have to wait a little while at mealtimes. For the beach I recommend the bath 75 "Bulli" davan

Devo dire che ci vuole un bel coraggio a scrivere certe recensioni, forse perché non si sa di quello che c'è in giro. Hotel kursaal situato in una bellissima zona di Rimini a due passi dal mare. Camere anche se piccole ma pulite. La colazione è il punto di forza dell'albergo. A chi si lamenta consiglio di rimanere a casa perché il loro relax finisce quando iniziano a stressare gente che lavora.... Sempre a risolvere nel caso capiti un problema e sempre disponibili. Per quanto riguarda la maleducazione io non ho riscontrato nulla di questo. Anzi sempre molto carini e gentili. Buone vacanze a presto
