The service is terrible!!! In the middle of a pandemic, they check in and check out without any control. Zero organization, the photos speak for themselves.
The check in in my case was done at 7:50 am, knowing that the room would be released at 2 pm, I talked about the possibility of advancing me a room, if there was one before that time (deadline). When it was 11 AM, the employee Danielle (receptionist) called me and said that the room was available, but that it cost half a night. I didn't want to pay half a day since there were only 3 hours left to start my day and because I would be leaving for lunch right away. I came back at 3:20 pm and look at the size of the queue (in the middle of the pandemic) to check in.
Notice that there is no indication of distancing between people. Another thing, why not check in as soon as they have rooms available and keep the guest until X time???
The hotel administration has no respect, they only aim for profit, zero courtesy. They will never be a good hotel with this level of service.
If you are respectful of your health and that of your family, do not stay at this hotel.
