location is good just 5 minutes walk to metro station. many food restaurants around. room is small but acceptable. bed sheet and towels dated. Breakfast included but good enough. reception has great service and helping us a lot

Terrible room, we asked to change it and they didn't change it. We informed them that it was not the room we chose and the problems there were, and they were not even attentive. Bad experience

The hotel is new, has soundproof windows. Good bed and good internet. Service is attentive and courteous. Good quality breakfast (could start at 6am instead of 6:30am, for those who work this is important).

Terrible attendance! Horrible room! Dark!! There is a desk, but it is impossible to use the computer because the lighting in the room is terrible! The receptionists are rude and unfriendly!

Super polite and friendly staff! Very good hotel structure, well located and very good breakfast! Only the room, which had a lot of sand on the floor, was tidy but looked like it hadn't been swept. But overall I loved it and will definitely be back again.

They accommodated me in a room with a damaged headboard. I requested another accommodation and they resolved it.

The hotel is very good and pleasant. The room is modern, but the television did not have a good image and received few channels. The bathroom could have been cleaner and more tidy. The pool is good and has a beautiful view of the Catete neighborhood.

There is a young man who seems to be the owner and is always willing to help, and because of him, I cannot give the hotel a negative review; it would be unfair. There are some problems that are simple to solve. If need be, I would stay again due to this young man's dedication. What can be read in other unfavorable reviews is true. However, as I said, there is someone who is fully involved with the establishment. And he deserves congratulations for that. Interest, availability and dedication are essential in this life.
