Water temperature for the shower was low. Didn’t really have hot water. Hot tub is shut down, but the pool area was heated. Just not the pool it self.

The only thing was that my heater was out but I got assisted from the front desk. The heater worked properly after that.

We stay at this Hotel every time we go to Rio Rancho. We have always had a good experience. The location is convenient and there are nearby shopping and restaurant options.

This property seems very outdated. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on our comforter, and the carpet felt sticky.

Check-in service was great but when leaving in the morning we all of a sudden smelled an electrical burning smell with no smoke. I had already turned in keycard and paid. We quickly checked everything in the room and nothing was hot to the touch. I went to the man at front desk and told him I left the door open so he could come and check it out quick, but finally just left after he didn't show. Room 105, hope nothing caught fire.

The desk clerk was nice but I had ******* booking agent to rip me off I wanted the manager to help me get my money back he was very Rud and would not help me he’s from India
