"I had bad situation with this hotel They booked me in program with travel agency &at night the agency inform the hotel that the program cancelled in the morning I went to the location but no one showed up I wait for one hour then I contacted the agency then I have been informed about the situation The hotel do nothing to inform me not by massage or email or direct contact to the room although I had breakfast in hotel restaurant the same day If they inform me about cancellation I will not make reservation for another day"

"I stayed for two nights, traveling without a car, but the hotel does have parking. I saw them tow the car away from the entrance after guests arrived, and they keep the car keys at reception. The room is huge, the floor is either linoleum or quartz vinyl, and the windows are floor-to-ceiling. However, the hotel is in an industrial area, so don't expect great views, and road noise can be distracting. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean, there's a closet, a refrigerator, and a TV with 100 channels, but almost all are in Turkish, with some in English. My downside is the dim lighting, so it's impossible to read a book in the evening, even though there is general lighting and bedside lamps. A kettle, water, tea, and sugar are provided daily, but there's no coffee. Another disappointment: paper cups instead of cups. You can turn the air conditioning on and off yourself, and you can also set the temperature yourself. Breakfast is traditional: tomatoes, cucumbers, dill, fresh parsley, several types of olives, and a variety of cheeses. Everything I tried was delicious. Boiled eggs, French fries, and sliced ​​sausages in tomato sauce were available both days. Three types of bread: white, dark, and corn, and delicious salted butter. There are also cereals, I think two or three types, although I didn't see anything to put on them, nor was there any vegetable oil for the vegetable salad. Turkish tea and instant coffee were poured into a bowl, not portioned. Sweets like gingerbread and sherbet were available in two varieties. One day, there was ripe watermelon. For those who prefer, there are hot dishes for 110 lira to 250 lira: omelets, scrambled eggs, and muhlama—a traditional dish made of cornmeal, cheese, and butter. The reception staff are great, eager to help with everything. The internet is excellent. The city center is a 10-minute bus ride away, and the service is frequent. If you don't plan on eating at the hotel restaurant, the nearest cafe is 1.7 km from the hotel, toward the center, at the Aytemiz gas station. It's tasty, inexpensive, and open in the evenings. Overall, I liked the accommodation; it suited my needs."

"Right in the centre – close to everything: food, shops, mosques. Free parking is available, but be warned: the hotel is on a busy, narrow one‑way street, so parking just to check in was a challenge. (I came back later in the evening instead.) Lovely touch: complimentary tea and cookies in the lobby. The lift is tiny – one person + one suitcase at a time – which can mean long waits, especially during morning checkout rush. Great location, just bring patience for the lift and parking."
