本人經常出差，這次來日照出差在網上預訂了這家酒店，這是一家花園式精品酒店，環境不錯，來到酒店體驗了這家酒店服務非常温馨，服務員態度親切，辦理手續快，把我送到房間逐一介紹酒店設施，房間語音智能化，舒適温馨，熱水温度適中，乾淨衞生，連房間的裝飾畫都是知名畫師的佳作，給人感覺文化品味高，對面就是公園，對於我有晨練習慣的人來説，非常高興，可以到公園散步鍛鍊，此次入住體驗非常好，絕對5分好評，下次還會入住。

趁放假帶娃出來玩，選了這個新酒店，果然沒有令我失望，語音智能很洋氣，最主要的是孩子喜歡，也不看手機了光玩這個語音智能管家了～這個洗髮液很好聞，還挺好用的～大堂還有小點心很貼心，早餐也不錯孩子喜歡吃～好評

我老家是日照的，在濟南已經工作生活了20多年，因為經常回老家的緣故，我對日照的酒店非常熟悉，現在日照的這些掛牌星級酒店都是些老酒店，這次回來經過開發區公園時，發現公園正對面開了一家新酒店，抱着試試看的態度，直接從攜程上下單預訂了該酒店。
酒店從外觀看着不是特別大，進入大堂讓人感覺非常温馨，酒店硬件非常棒；服務也非常貼心，因為這個季節外面温度很高，值班保安大哥直接把車指引到地下停車場，避免高温暴曬，對於開車的我來説很滿意；因為疫情的原因，從進門開始測温消毒，防疫工作做的很到位也讓我們這些經常出發的人來説很放心，辦理入住的整個過程體驗也非常棒，前台小姐姐業務很熟練，長得漂亮，説話又温柔，沒有5分鐘就已經辦理好入住，本來長途駕駛就很疲憊這樣節省了我很多時間贊，辦理完以後直接把送到房間裏，服務太周到了，進了房間，發現房間全部智能語音聲控，什麼關閉窗簾，開關燈啊，躺在床上一句話就能輕鬆解決，都能和以前住的一些5星級酒店媲美，酒店對面就是公園對於我這種有晨練習慣的人簡直就是太方便，還有5樓的健身房免費對我們開放，閑暇時間可以做做運動，總體來説這家新開的酒店硬件很棒服務很貼心，下次回老家還會選擇這家酒店棒棒噠！

酒店門口是一個大公園，旁邊是特色美食一條街，有地下停車場很大，停下車坐電梯直接到客房很方便，早餐種類不錯，服務很好，每天都有送飲料和果盤，服務滿分，客房都是語音智能控制的 ，這點超出我的想象。有免費的自助洗衣房，去海邊玩累了，可以自己洗衣服，洗衣房緊挨着健身房，免費健身特別方便，總體來説，服務與硬件比星級酒店好！贊！！

酒店前台服務很好，而且一剛進門就主動問好，因為不知道房間咋樣，所以先去看的房間，房間設施設備很新，尤其是房間很乾凈，而且看房期間還主動給介紹酒店周圍環境，和附近的小吃。酒店對面是個小公園環境很美。

房間很整潔，簡約温馨，而且入住的時候還送了一個果盤，前台服務超好，而且小姐姐很熱情，而且還把我送到房間，看着酒店外觀不大，但是還有免費的洗衣房健身房。

不建議大家選擇這裏入住，會影響心情！
當天入住晚上的一個姓劉的前台，態度很差，上來説話就愛答不理，我一開始還以為是保潔大姐來串班，後來發現她就是前台，説話態度跟欠她錢一樣，我走到前台後她慢慢悠悠的過來，拽了一句：把身份證給我……挺奇怪的好像生活遇到了什麼困難一樣，這麼消極頹廢令人厭惡的狀態表現給我。工作不負責，辦理入住啥也不説，電梯在哪，錄車牌號等等啥都不管不問，問她也愛答不理。不理解把這位劉大姐放在前台的意義是什麼？上來就讓人很不愉快。臭着一個臉給我耍什麼？
第二天早上的前台小姐姐特別好，長得也漂亮人也很熱情。劉大姐好好學學吧。
