"Nice hotel and the view of the ground from outside of the rooms or in the breakfast area is spectacular and my favourite part. The only downside was my room being so far from the lift, so had to walk halfway around the stadium to get to my room, on the opposite side. But that’s the nature of the infrastructure. Also service was slow in the morning as I had requested a dental kit and had to wait nearly 1 hours after calling and chasing a handful of times."

"Booked for 3 nights. On the first night, I returned to the room only to find the air conditioning broken. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, so I had to use my own mobile. The front desk said someone would come to check immediately, but after half an hour, no one showed up. I had to call again before someone finally arrived. However, they just informed me that there were no available rooms for a swap and could only provide a fan, promising to move us to another room the next day if one became available. On the second evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to explain the situation all over again to the front desk before they finally arranged a room change. So, if you need air conditioning, remember to check it as soon as you check in. But the location is truly excellent."

"I am a regular at this particular Premier Inn for a variety of reasons: 1. It’s in a very convenient location 2. It has a good sized car park 3. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, well stocked and spacious 4. The staff! Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and they cannot do enough to help you. Fridah the manager is always a pleasure to see, lovely to chat to and remembers the small details about you. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay (apart from when it’s fully booked, and with the service you receive, the hotel is always fully booked, a massive testament to the staff)!"
