"Amazing hotel set in lovely grounds. Dana the host was amazing. Only 9 rooms so not too big. The rooms are beautiful. Dana is an amazing host. Would recommend booking the breakfast. We visited their wine cellar and had a bottle and aperitivo in the gardens. Free parking. Great WiFi. Located near some great villages. Lu itself is very nice. Would definitely recommend."

"I stayed at this resort because I love wine and am I female traveling alone. In this area it’s impossible to get anywhere without a car and I wanted to be safe. This hotel offers a pool, free wine tasting of the wines they make, a restaurant, spa services, as well a s shuttle service. So I was glad I stayed here. My room was super cute. Air conditioning worked but was not strong so not good for people that run hot. Because I was solo I was not allowed to dine where I wanted so some of the waiters were rude about that. I asked to have my meal in my room since I had no other option but the other waiters were nice and served me outside by the pool. So you can choose to have your dinner anywhere if they don’t let you eat where you want in the dining room. This resort is all couples so it’s great for safety for female travelers but we don’t get the same respect. They have 3 cats that live there. They don’t approach you unless you do but for those highly allergic make sure you have your meds. Also make sure you have ear plugs because one night a group of guests were singing outside drunk until 2am."

"Great overnight stay, enjoyed the gardens on a warm may evening with a bottle of wine. Then a beautifully presented tasting menu and accompanying wine flight. Perfectly matched food and wine. The octopus first course was out of this world. The tartare a touch underwhelming, but the patanegro was out of this world. Wonderful service and even a tour of the kitchen. Worth dining here if you're in Vercelli. Great to be able to sleep just a few metres from the restaurant! Only criticism was the air con in the room didn't work well so things were a bit 🥵"

"The hotel was choosed due to the location near the beautiful lakes in north Lombardia and other beautiful towns. We staid 7 days with HB meals of good quality and variety. The reception and halls were like a museum decorated with vintage objects. Hotel clean but noisy due to the very poor insulation of the rooms. We had bad luck 2 nights with 2 different groups of italian teenagers makeing much noise, acting like hooligangs and the people in reception were of not much help, unfortunately. However, our stay there was pleasant except the remark."

"It's definitely not comparable to the ones in China. It's just the standard of a domestic express hotel. The surrounding is relatively quiet. I took the wrong bus yesterday and had to stay in Vercelli. The place is not big. I walked from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is included and it's ok. There are cakes, bread, biscuits, milk, juice and yogurt. There are just a few vegetables, only lettuce and tomatoes. Overall it's ok. If you want to go to Vercelli, this is the only one"

"My name is Park, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife in a double room. At the beginning of our stay, we experienced a few issues with our room, mainly due to the hot weather, which made our stay less comfortable than expected. However, the reception team responded immediately and handled the situation with great professionalism by arranging a room change without delay. We would especially like to thank Nicholas for his kindness, efficiency, and the excellent solution he provided. His prompt assistance completely changed our experience and made us feel truly valued as guests. Initially, because of the problems we encountered, we thought we probably wouldn't return. However, after seeing how quickly and professionally everything was resolved, we realized it was simply an unfortunate situation rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards."

"We had planned to stay one night, on a spur of the moment choice, on our way to Turin, but fell in love with the area, the hotel and, especially, Dana and Antonio, the managers. We made day trips throughout Tuscany, and really appreciated the recommendations that Dana made. They saved us a lot of time and gave us the chance to visit places we had not considered. Breakfast every morning was at least 3 stars, and Dana's tour along with her history lesson of the Palazzo made it a most memorable stay. I'll stay there again the next time I visit Italy."

"It was a bit scary to get to the place as its not attractive sourauding at all. But the place itself is made with big taste and eye for details. It's very clean and quiet. We decided to book the place last minute as it was on our way to final destination. The place is known for its spa however we were very disappointed that we couldn't use it. I understand that these places you must book in advance but we weren't expecting much, just entrance to the public area with jacuzzi and small pools. As it was two of them. We have been informed that we can't use it because its full. There were no flexibility at all.However I didn't give up and tried to ask once again around closing time. I was told we can't go in. I checked the spa myself and apparently it was almost empty. I told them that if they won't allow us to use the spa we will pay thecleaning service and leave the hotel. So they allowed us to use it 40 min before closing. We'll. Still something. Especially that they allowed our son to come with us even though he wasn't 14 but 11. He stayed under our supervision without any damage to others quality time. I don't understand why simple things are so difficult to arrange. And at this price level I would expect some flexibility. Price per night was almost 200 euros. I have to mention the waitresses were awesome. High level service. Food was really delicious- home made. We had a lovely lunch, drinks and dinner. I recommend this place to stay as a couple not as a family."
