There were two additional charges added to my credit card several days after our stay.One was for parking for one day, which I expected. The other $59 charge is unexplained. I have tried calling the billing/ account person 2 times, and the director of operations once, with no return phone call to explain these extra charges.

Very old and outdated! Shower was terrible barely any pressure and tub had a disgusting black ring around it. The TV is from early 2000s it is not a smart TV. They do not have USB plugs. Here’s one positive you did not have to walk outside to get to the mayo clinics.

This was a prepaid room. When I checked in, they wanted to check on $50 surcharge for incidentals. I explained that I wasn’t going to use any incidentals but they still had to apply the charge. I spoke to the manager who said she could not take the charge off until the next morning, period. They explained that they didn’t have the power to take the charge off.

Very convenient to Mayo Clinic. Parking on site not free as stated on hotel information. They have a restaurant on site which is nice. Very clean and quiet.

Rooms were extremely small and bathroom was disgusting. Bath tub was rusting and falling apart, there was no water pressure and we had to pay to park in the hotels parking ramp which was falling apart, small tight spaces and very low ceiling did not feel safe at all.
Location was close to the clinic but not a place you wanted to go back to to rest and relax as it was dark and the tv situation was very slow and needs updating as well.
The entire hotel is very old and outdated.

Clean but older. Could definitely use some updates. IE: carpet, alarm clock. Exhaust fan in bathroom very loud and comes on with light.

I was a little nervous when we checked in and were on the 2nd floor with the pool. At 9pm it was very loud. However, we could hardly hear a peep once we got into our room and at 10pm when the pool closed, it was very quiet. The front desk attendant wasnt able to answer questions about restaurant hours and parking, but was fulling in from the sister hotel and was very nice.

Initially I was in a room sub par. Smelled like cigs and no fan in bathroom. The heater was too much. Next morn the staff made quick accommodations to get me in a room that had no smoke smell, fan worked, heated appropriately without a fuss. Excellent professionalism

We like being able to use the subway level attached to Mayo Clinic. The restaurant doesn’t have a wide selection of food to eat. It’s also quite expensive for what you get.
