We booked Hotel Appartement Haus based on the advertising photos showing open grassy valleys between high mountain peaks above the tree line and dining outside overlooking high mountain peaks. Upon arrival, we saw this was not reality. We had pre paid for 2 nights. The first night, my daughter had 2 bugs in her bed... The next morning we told the owner that due to the misleading location and bugs in the bed we would leave that morning and asked for a refund for our second night. He refused to refund us for the second night. We left and still hope to get a refund...

The room was simple, but clean, nice view and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was also good value for money. The hotel staff was friendly, the lady in charge is very friendly and because we had to leave early the next morning to drive to Lago di Braies, they made it possible to have breakfast earlier. Would definitely recommend this place!

Salve, prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Che dire mi sono trovato davvero bene. Personale gentilissimo, ottima colazione e servizi ottimi inclusi nel prezzo. Ottima l'area dedicata ai cani. Da ripetere l'esperienza. Io lo consiglio .

Nachdem ich über *********** für 8 Personen gebucht hatte, wurde mir direkt CHF 504.82 verrechnet und abgebucht. Ich wollte danach die Buchung um 2 Tage verschieben, doch der Inhaber des Hotels Appartment Haus Gitschberg, Herr Micheli, hat sich trotz mehreren Versuchen geweigert, die Anzahlung von CHF 504.82 für eine Buchung 2 Tage später freizugeben!! Ale Versuche über den lokalen wie über den Südtirol Tourismusverband, die Anzahlung wieder zu erhalten, sind gescheitert. So ein geldgieriger, arroganter Typ wie Herr Micheli ist mir noch nie begegnet!!! Ich rate allen potentiellen Gästen dringend ab, im Hotel Appartment Haus Gitschberg zu buchen!

Siamo appena tornati da questo splendido posto,ci siamo trovati benissimo...personale cordiale e disponibile,camera da favola,un letto matrimoniale a castello con vista sulla vallata....una soluzione ideale anche per i più piccoli e soprattutto pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio....a rendere ancora più bello il soggiorno c'è anche un piccolo spazio esterno con Jacuzzi e sauna...😍disponibile anche una card gratuita per raggiungere, tramite seggiovia,altri posti incantevoli per camminate ed escursioni....Che dire grazie per questo splendido soggiorno, consiglio a tutti questo piccolo hotel ...una meta ideale per rilassarsi e vivere questa fantastica zona!!!!!
