"A very nice hotel with helpful staff. The check in was more intense than we are used to (they make sure to push in your seat for check in). The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. They could do with giving the bed side table a wipe though! I left it cleaner than I found it for sure.
We parked at the hotel for free and it was very convenient for a night stay where we visited the shopping mall across the road. If you want to be the centre of the city, this is not the hotel for you."

"Compared to the Mitsui hotels I've stayed at before, the room here is a bit smaller, but I was happy with the king-sized bed, it's quite large for this type of hotel. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic, especially Yuka Takeishi, who had a wonderful smile and excellent English communication skills. I'm very satisfied."
