The property was just ok. A place to sleep but a lot of things were broken and not working properly. It is a quiet area which is a bonus!

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could leave this suite a negative amount of stars I would. Run by awful, terrible, selfish people who do not care about their customers well-being. We booked out this place months in advance for our trip to Italy, and when we arrived we were greeted with no one answering the door and/or the phone. We called and rang the doorbell for over an hour. Mind you, we were standing on the sidewalk with lots of luggage in a city we were completely unfamiliar with, as dark was aproaching. After about 2 hours we were forced to get another place to stay. When we finally heard from the owner hours later, they stated that we missed the "Check-in time" and we were SOL. They would not let us in, and refused to refund us our money. Awful establishment, please don't waste your time or money going to somewhere so awful. Maybe they should confirm the check-in time with guests, since it appears to be such a ridiculous window. Or, be a responsible and kind business owner, and do not let your paying guests stay out on the streets.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay (and wasn’t even built properly), no one opened or answered the phone at first arrival and you had to interact via WhatsApp to get service. Location was ok but overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

There was no air conditioning or Wi-Fi, even though it had been contracted, the air was fixed on the second night after complaining, but the Wi-Fi was never there, dark room with a view of an interior patio that did not smell good, space for very small room

Before arriving, we contacted the owner to see if there was a possibility of a late check out and they told us there would be no problem. Well, from the first moment we arrived in the country (at which time the reservation was not cancelable) they told us that it was not possible, when they had already told us that it was. We don't give it importance and although it is annoying since we feel deceived, we decide to accept it. In short, we couldn't do anything either. Then we get to the room and we can't find the Wi-Fi network because it doesn't have power and doesn't reach the room. We tell him and he tells us to go to the reception to connect, when we have paid for a room with this service. He tells us they would fix the problem the next morning and they never fixed it. There would be no problem if there was coverage in the building, but there is no coverage to make calls or to connect via 4G/3G. Nor can we do anything more than communicate it to the owner, after all, the internet is not essential (even having paid for said service). Just when we thought nothing could get worse, the shower starts to clog. We thought that it must be a common problem and that the water would take time to go down the drain, but after showering the second day and flushing the toilet, we see that the water from the toilet begins to come out through the shower drain. Then we realized that if we took a shower, our feet would literally be bathed in the water from the toilet (with remains of paper, urine...). We had to relieve ourselves in a bar because we literally had no bathroom. On top of everything, we have called the owner several times and he does not answer the phone. We write to him through Booking and he does not respond to us when he is not interested. Total disregard for the client. The situation has been terrible. These incidents have not only completely ruined our trip, but have also made us have the worst stay of our lives.

No negative opinion for quality, price and location. But staying outside the door because the opening code doesn't match and the owner, Andrea, has his cell phone turned off? Managed to reach us ONLY via WhatsApp and continued to not take on his own guilt for having communicated a code to us. wrong. shame! never rest on the fact that you are in Rome in a good area.😉
