A brilliant location for the metro, vatican and the studio olympico. Rooms are well equipped , beds are very comfortable and the showers hot. The self check in was smooth and worked well. Would recommend staying and would stay again. Off the beaten track but also close enough!

Posizione eccellente per concerto al foro italico, pochi minuti a piedi. Dieci minuti a piedi metro Ottaviano, ma raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata il Vaticano e il centro di Roma. Due parcheggi coperti a pagamento nella stessa strada. Ottimo sistema di self check in e out, colazione basica ma non male in stanza attrezzata. Camere carine, comode, attrezzate bene e pulite. Finestre con doppi vetri. Zona residenziale e tranquilla, viale alberato a due passi dal Tevere.

Non sempre le recensioni corrispondono alla realtà, spesso anche alle proprie esperienze. Questo B&B così tanto decantato dove i prezzi sono altissimi quando ci sono eventi importanti essendo vicino allo stadio Olimpico non danno i servizi adeguati, infatti nella doccia manca un pensile x appoggiare shampoo, doccia schiuma ecc ecc,la colazione è veramente impresentabile, non c'è stato WiFi x tutti i 3 giorni e non c'era l'acqua in bottigliette ma solamente nella caraffa una cosa veramente impresentabile.

Beb pulito e ben servito come posizione ,volevo ritornarci a luglio per un concerto ma rispetto all'ultima volta i prezzi sono quasi raddoppiati ,chiedendo spiegazioni mi hanno detto che in quella data ci sono dei concerti,e allora mi chiedo se i prezzi sono in base agli eventi?

Ottima posizione così come ottima la possibilità di effettuare check in in modalità self Stanze ordinate e pulite , un pochino fredda la mia ma il proprietario ha subito provveduto a portare un termosifone a olio ( comunque a Roma si rasentavano i 3/4 gradi e quindi ci può anche stare ) Colazione nella norma con delle buone torte e crostate

Ottima posizione, stanze piccoline, climatizzazione inadeguata perchè rumorosa. Struttura pulita. Colazione tardiva, (ore 8 hanno portato qualche brioche vuota e del cotto) ed insufficiente nella proposta. Prezzo per l’offerta elevato, ma in linea con la città di Roma, dove normalmente il turista va e poi non torna.

Abbiamo scelto questo B&b x la vicinanza allo allo stadio Olimpico x il concerto di Vasco Rossi, logicamente i 170 euro a notte sono tanti infatti non è il suo prezzo ma è stato aumentato appunto x il concerto e forse non solo e noi ne eravamo coscienti e ci andava benissimo, ma arrivati venerdì pomeriggio al B&b non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua se non una caraffa in frigorifero che non abbiamo usufruito non sapendo che acqua e soprattutto chi l'aveva bevuta e cosa poteva contenere, la tv funzionava solo sui canali Rai, la doccia molto piccola senza un pensile x appoggiare bagno schiuma, shampoo ecc ecc la colazione veramente scarsa e x finire non c'era e non c'è mai stato il WiFi dall'arrivo alla partenza.
