很不錯的家庭式公寓酒店，主人提前發郵件確認到店時間，到店後Lisa很熱情地介紹了住宿要求以及注意事項，並且給了一張做好各種標記的地圖，給羅馬出行提供了指導。房間很安靜，早餐很好。房東也很熱情，在離店時幫忙喊了最快的出租車。

A delightful stay at this exceptionally clean and well appointed guest house. It was the perfect home base for our family of 3– most of everything we wanted to do or see was in walking distance or a short metro ride away. metro stop (Ottaviano) is about 100 meters from the entrance. The innkeepers are exceptionally kind and helpful, providing helpful guidance before and during our visit. We were served a lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace on the roof and our room was large and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt very well cared for. We will surely stay again the next time we are in Rome.

A wonderful guesthouse to stay in for a short break in Rome. Super close to The Vatican and a stones throw from a Metro station. Rooms small but very comfortable, clean, and well serviced. The owner, Gianluca, is amazingly helpful and helped us plan tours and places to eat. Can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely quiet and spotless guest apartment. Gianluca is a perfect host and his team are kind and warm. We had full on days sightseeing and returning to our room to rest was such a treat. Thank you Gianluca and your staff.

Our lovely accommodation was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious with much attention to detail and consideration for guests comfort. The bedroom overlooked the street but was surprisingly quiet. Lovely breakfast comprising of fresh croissants, from the downstairs bakery, various fruit juices, yoghurts, fruit, bread and toast, eggs cooked however you like, jams, cheese and cold cuts and coffee or tea served on the rooftop terrace was a great start to each day. Gianluca and staff were always on hand for advice and obviously care very much about what they do. Literally five minutes walk to the Metro which made getting about really easy, although we took advice from Gianluca and walked almost everywhere, you see so much more. We would thoroughly recommend Casa Martini, we loved it there!

Uma excelente localização, somada a uma excelente acomodação e à simpatia e solicitude do Gianluca e sua equipe só podem resultar numa avaliação máxima. Já estive hospedado aqui há 6 anos. Achei que não poderia melhorar, mas estava enganado. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, banheiro bom e espaçoso, decoração dos quartos de muito bom gosto. Quando retornar a Roma, certamente ficarei hospedado novamente ali.

Gostei de basicamente de tudo, tamanho e instalações do quarto, limpeza, organização, café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento pessoal e personalizado do time que faz toda a diferença, fazem muito bem o que se propõem, gentis, cordiais e demasiadamente atenciosos (Gianluca, Sussete e esposo), ainda mais para mim que tenho um inglês bem de iniciante ainda. O único item que não nos atendeu a contento foi a vazão de água quente do chuveiro, muito pouca água na abertura máxima, inclusive relatei a administração e acredito que devem arrumar isso o mais breve possível, para mim ao menos o sucesso da hospedagem está na cama e banho, uma ducha com boa pressão faz toda diferença, foi o que segurou a nota máxima desta hospedagem.
