It is more like a spa resort than a hotel , many complaints about its services are true. If you don’t make a reservation in advance before you arrive at hotel, you will be starving.

首先要説明，因為第二天從羅馬菲烏米奇諾機場離開，所以才特意選擇這裏，如果第二天不是飛離羅馬，那麼這個地理位置肯定不能説好。
不知道是否因為屬於機場酒店的原因，酒店會提前給預留的郵箱發送網上辦理入住的連結，也會提前發送辦理退房的連結，客房消費清單一目瞭然（圖1）。
提前網上辦理入住和退房，確實方便了入住的客人，減去了等候的時間。
不過雖屬於機場酒店，酒店的送機服務是需要付款7歐元/人，並非免費的。
最後一張圖片就是點擊退房後顯現的客房消費明細，完成付款後就會收到電子發票。
酒店方面我認為無可挑剔，但是Crip.com的服務體現在本次預訂中真是奇差無比。
入住之前收到crip.com通知説我提供的信用卡僅作為擔保，需要入住人前台付款。我就提出讓酒店發我付款連結，由我本人付款，結果累計耗費我大量的時間，等到退房當天才算搞明白酒店認為從我信用卡中扣除的就是房費而不是擔保費用，更無語的事，我都把酒店回覆確認我已經付費的電郵發給Crip的客服，客服仍然説衹是擔保金，必須前台重新付款。

酒店環境非常幽靜，讓人放鬆。可惜要趕飛機沒時間體驗游泳和spa。餐廳需要預約和領位，上菜速度慢。早上服務員打掃衞生隔音不好，略吵。前台服務員態度有的友好有的一般。送行李回房間給了2歐小費。自己在路邊打不到車，前台幫叫出租車去機場要25-30歐，其實七八分鐘就能到。不趕時間可以坐酒店的大巴去機場

靠近機場。機場這麼近居然還有度假酒店。 可見度假功能一般。 停了很多車子。 可見功能性。 還有附近很多單位來聚餐。 餐廳爆滿。 名字叫度假村，不符。 更像商務酒店。 還有房間不隔壁。 夜間叫聲特別清晰。 歐美人身體真好， 折騰很久😂
