The location is very good, the room is good, but the duplex at the back is still noisy by the side of the street, and the cars used to be noisy at night. The kitchen is great. The butler Lucky is very enthusiastic and attentive. Although they were on public holidays when they left on the last day, the scheduled taxi did not arrive on time. Fortunately, the location is good and there is a taxi stand.

The hotel is located on the famous street of Plaza de España, which is easy to find. The surrounding is famous scenic spots, and there are many tourists every day. The famous shops are just like 7-11, just a few tens of meters apart. Can you imagine that Chanel’s signature is more than 1 meter? Ha ha. Downstairs of the hotel is Armani, Chanel, Miumiu and so on. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was amazed by the Roman-style high door panels, exquisite pure copper door handles, ancient corridors and dark green wooden doors. Bright and clean, all hardware is very complete, the bed and bedding are very comfortable (we have a 1.5-meter double bed), and the bathroom is very practical. The most plus point is the careful arrangement of the Sri Lankan "old housekeeper" Lucky, which allows us to spend our days at ease and comfort. By the way, there is a coin-operated laundry and dryer on the basement floor, which is very convenient. There is no breakfast, but it has its own kitchen. There is a Carrefour supermarket within 3 minutes of going out. We make breakfast. The ingredients are fresh and convenient. The suite we stayed in was unable to add an extra bed, but there was a sofa bed in the living room, which could be turned into a small double bed, suitable for children, because it can cook. There is no parking lot. Driving in Rome is definitely a technical job, and Rome is not big, every inch of it is a scenic spot, and it is full of food, so we rented a car wherever we went on foot for 4 days, which was very pleasant.

Highly recommend this hotel for its location, facility and staff. The reception Mr. lucky is so nice to us and we extended our stay at Rome twice because of his fantastic suggestion. For sure will book it again if visit Rome in future.

The location is great! Just 2 minutes to the Spanish Steps and shopping center. The facility is clean and tidy, very suitable for families to stay. The greatest person is the reception Mr. Lucky. He is very enthusiastic throughout our stay, extremely helpful for our first visit to Rome. He deserves the honor as the ambassador of Babuino 79.
