## Facilities: They have their own free parking lot, which is a huge plus in Rome where parking is notoriously difficult. The trash can in the toilet and the bathroom door were a bit broken, and the drain was a little slow, but still acceptable. ## Hygiene: Quite clean. I even saw them changing out newly laundered curtains, which shows great attention to detail. ## Environment: The street-facing rooms were a bit noisy, but the location is excellent. It's only a few minutes from the "Three Kingdoms at a Glance" viewpoint and about ten minutes from the Colosseum. ## Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were very patient, and the breakfast staff enthusiastically introduced the dishes and coffee. The hotel staff even reminded me about forgotten items. Breakfast was also good. Overall, although the room was a bit small, it was manageable, and the value for money is quite high!

Good location, basic room - small double with no table. Foul smell from the toilet. Excellent breakfast though.

Nice room but the room was right above the kitchen so I woke up to the smell of toast and whatever was cooking in the kitchen! The room also had a small shower with a curtain which stuck to my body when I showered! I asked for a room change and got a better room with a box shower, much much better! Breakfast was excellent. Service was good. Location was a little tricky but easy to get to and fro Pyramid Metro and the other train station behind Pyramid Metro (forgot name) which has the train to the Airport.

Everything perfect, exceptional location, cleanliness, very varied breakfast both salty and sweet and all fresh, fantastic croissants, kindness of the staff both at the reception and the waiter during breakfast and finally private car parking that in Rome is impossible to find in hotels in the center. Very close to many restaurants and pizzerias in Testaccio and very close to Trastevere. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Excellent welcome. Close to the city center. Helpful and friendly staff. Good on-site restaurant. Breakfast included. If needed, private outdoor parking is available, but with a separate entrance.

The breakfast was delicious. The room wasn't bad either. It seemed a little bit clean, but it wasn't a big deal. It was worth the price.

For how expensive Rome is, it is a wonderful hotel with a good breakfast. Nice gardens. Large bed and well-equipped bathroom. Near the hotel there is a bus, metro and train line. Very well communicated. They change your towels daily and the sheets if necessary. They replenish soap and cleaning

It was my first time to stay in this hotel in Italy. The front desk service was very good. The room was not big but very clean. Breakfast was good.

Location of 10 Surrounded by local restaurants, you can walk to the most touristy places, also surrounded by metro, buses... Cleaning 10 The friendliness of all the staff. Perfect stay in Rome. The rooms do not have a minibar but that was not a problem for us. We will surely repeat!

The breakfast is very rich, and the style of the accommodation is very retro and nostalgic, but it doesn't make me feel dirty. Nostalgia. There is one thing that is not good, that is, there are many mosquitoes and flying insects in summer, which is understandable, because the hotel is a manor with a lot of green plants. But I asked the management to give me mosquito repellent liquid, which they did. Overall, very good!

堅牢なセキュリティの鉄門で守られている上、インターフォンを押さないと入れない仕組みで安心しました。 チェックインのときは、英語がうまい女性スタッフがいて、とても親切に街のことやバス、地下鉄の乗り方などを教えてくれました。 トイレの下水の臭いがキツかったので改善の余地はあるかと思います😊 でもまた行きたいホテルです！

Perfect! Valentina, Oana and a gentleman that check us in and even help with parking ( apologies I forgot his name). This is a cozy and nice hotel and that’s why I believe it’s perfect!

Would stay here again. I liked the location, quiet and not in the middle of all the tourists, if you prefer that. Lots of places to eat in the area. Grounds are nice and big. Staff attentive and kind. Great breakfast, plenty of buses right outside. Our room was really small and so was the shower but we didnt mind. Our bed was comfortable and the room was warm. We had an issue with the hot water but they quickly changed our room. we were very happy!
