Great location near Termini train station. Room was very clean and quite comfortable. The host was so nice and accommodating, offering recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and shopping. Note: When coming in after a tiring day of sightseeing, don't overlook the food court in the train station conveniently located just across the street -- wide variety of reasonably priced food. Only drawback was the apparently small capacity of the water heater -- I had a couple of showers cut short by sudden cooling of the water. Pluses definitely outweigh the minuses. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

La propiedad y el concepto tienen potencial, pero honestamente al ver el edificio en el que estaba me quería morir! Estuve a dos de cancelar la reserva, pero no lo hice porque no tenía reembolso. El cuarto muy lindo y muy limpio (únicamente tuvimos problema con el a/c que hacía mucho ruido y las tuberías también hacían ruidos extraños de repente), pero el edificio es horrible! Está como en reconstrucción o remodelación, pero es viejo y descuidado, hasta miedo da entrar. Además una noche anterior me dieron instrucciones de llegada, pero no la dirección y no podía encontrar la propiedad.
Lo bueno, como mencioné, fue la habitación y que me permitieron hacer un early check in.

B&B veramente incantevole, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, e soprattutto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile. Proprio davanti alla stazione Termini che facilita così gli spostamenti. Un'esperienza da ripetere! 5/5 Consigliatissimo!
