Maurizio was very accommodating, gave us directions and kept in touch until we got to the B&B. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom equipped with everything. We spent one day in Rome (not enough) but Maurizio’s recommendations helped us make the most of our stay😊

It is (as the name suggests) very easy Clean roomy & comfortable accommodation The shared & well-appointed kitchen works very well & has all you may require - microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.. Everything you may need is provided The continental breakfast provided was very good & you have your own shelf for storing food Very close to the Metro but you could also walk into central Rome Thank you for a lovely stay

An extremely unique and comforting home from home. Situated in a fabulous area superb for transport links and some wonderful local restaurants. Room located in a gorgeous old Roman building. Mauricio the host was fabulous and inviting and always willing to be flexible and share his knowledge of the area.

The location is excellent; not in the center of busy tourism, but near many nice places to eat and just a quick metro trip or 30min walk away from attractions. The room we stayed in was very clean and organized with good AC. We shared a bathroom that was always clean and stocked with amenities. We liked having access to the kitchen and appreciated the clear instructions for use. Maurizio, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond our expectations (told us how to get places, gave restaurants recommendations, accommodated our very late check in, and even surprised us with a glass of wine). We will definitely stay again if we return to Roma!!

We had a lovely stay. It was a lot better than expected! Great service. Perfectly clean which feels good now during the pandemic. Comfortable bed, balcony, tv/netflix, good WiFi, nice bath, good space in the room if you need to work or do a workout. Very pleasant. The hosts are sweet, and they go above and beyond.
