"My stay was honestly good, staffs are friendly and service was good and fast when it comes to requests. I just don't like other staffs who does not greet their guest while others are doing it. I am thankful that my request to have a room with strong internet connection was granted, but I guess it's still subject for availability. I just got disappointed that rooms doesn't have a Smart TV, thou they have cable but I didn't used it since I prefer Youtube on TV. They also don't have dental kit, good thing I brought my own and their swimming pools is up to 8pm only, which is too early. I may add to that they don't have a rooftop for view. Location is great since it's beachfront but it actually takes 15-20mins walk to D'Mall and other establishments, which is a hassle, I thought it's near food and entertainment places. Overall, La Carmela De Boracay is still recommended and a great pace to stay in Boracay, especially if you are on a budget, compared to the other hotels nearby with the same services."

"Our stay at Henann Regency Resort & Spa was truly worth it. The food was consistently good, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning—you’ll definitely leave full because everything they prepare is delicious. We would like to commend Essa from reception, who was very kind and accommodating. She gave us a great room location that was conveniently near the beachfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we checked the room, we noticed a minor issue with the cabinet door of the fridge, but maintenance fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, even those you simply pass by. Special mention to Dannah, who was very jolly and kind—she really made a positive impression on us. Overall, our 4-night stay was amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. Highly recommended hotel!"

"We loved our stay at Henann Palm Beach in Boracay! The beachfront location on White Beach is unbeatable — soft white sand and stunning sunsets right in front of the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing tropical vibe. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a highlight and perfect for cooling off after time in the sun. Breakfast offers a great variety, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located resort with amazing service and views, Henann Palm Beach is a fantastic choice."

"This hotel is located in S1. I took a tuk-tuk from near S2 to the hotel, which took less than 20 minutes. Locals might pay 20-30 pesos, but the driver charged me 50 pesos, perhaps because I had a suitcase or I'm a foreigner. For first-time visitors to Boracay, this hotel isn't in the bustling commercial area, but for those on a vacation, its location is excellent. First, the hotel is situated within a large shopping complex. On B1, there's a Robinsons Supermarket where you can buy plenty of food, drinks, and daily necessities. There's also a visa extension office; I saw some online comments about people extending their stay there. The complex also has several restaurants that are much more affordable than those near D'Mall. Second, taking a shortcut behind the hotel, you can reach S1 beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. It's close to Diniwid Beach, and you can walk to a popular photo spot and Willy's Rock. You can also find activities like sunset sailing on the beach. The water here is more expansive than S2, and the sand is finer. The hotel provides two bath towels daily, which you can take out using a card. Since I didn't stay on the beach for long, I didn't use this amenity. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to different beaches, but you need to book in advance, so I didn't use that either. The hotel has a large swimming pool, perfect for a vacation. Each floor has purified water, and rooms have large reusable bottles for refilling. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony where I could hang swimwear to dry. My room faced the street, so it wasn't as quiet as it could be, but I'm a good sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Check-in took a bit longer, as there were many documents to sign and a deposit was required, which could be paid by credit card."

"if there would be a word to best describe a stay at Hennan Crystal Sands it would definitely be amazing….it is not just the place itself but the staff from the lobby to the resto who would make you soo welcome as if you are coming home..and Hennan Crystal sands is always always that…Home…my fourth stay with them and i would definitely always come back!!"

"The hotel's interior and rooms were spotless, but the pool wasn't quite as pristine as I've experienced elsewhere, like Crystal Sands. What really surprised me, though, was that I always travel with my own filtered shower head, and this is the first hotel in Southeast Asia where the filter remained completely clean and unchanged! The hotel's location is fantastic. The restaurant opens right onto White Beach, and this particular stretch has very little green algae. You can walk quite a way into the sea before encountering any, so the photos were all taken right outside the hotel. Staying here, there's no need to visit Puka Beach or venture out for island hopping. While it's a bit of a distance from the main dining areas on the island, transportation is super affordable; a trike ride is only 15-20 pesos per person, which is a steal. Plus, if you walk about 300 meters southeast from the hotel's roadside entrance, there's an amazing barbecue restaurant that's also very reasonably priced. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I unfortunately experienced some blatant discrimination during dinner at the hotel. One particular staff member was incredibly deferential towards white guests. When we sat down and tried to get his attention, he indicated he needed to serve the white table first. Later, when we were ready to pay, another white table called him over, and he immediately left us waiting to finish serving them before returning to process our bill. There were no 'sorry's, no 'hello's, no basic courtesies whatsoever. I want to clarify that we are always polite guests; we tipped the luggage handlers, housekeeping, and massage ladies, so we're not ones to nitpick. This particular staff member wore a different uniform than the others – black – so I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something else. From check-in to check-out, all the other staff were incredibly friendly, and we reciprocated, but he was the sole exception."

"A magnificent hotel I didn't want to leave. Large green grounds, superb service, and delicious breakfasts (which is a huge rarity in the Philippines). The room was clean and spacious with everything you need, even a mat and a beach towel. It's no wonder the hotel has a good rating everywhere; it's truly deserved. Thanks to the staff for such excellent service ❤️"

"I had a pleasant stay at Boracay Holiday Resort. The location is excellent — Boracay Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of nearby establishments for food, drinks, and essentials. The staff provided great service, and the cleanliness and amenities were good overall . One thing worth mentioning is that I lost my eyeglasses during my stay. I’m not sure where it happened, but I wasn’t able to recover them. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and we still enjoyed our time at the resort. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the friendly staff, convenient location, and the accessibility to many establishments."

"The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had I have stayed in countless hotels and resorts around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Our company booked six rooms for a team-building trip. Since our staff were arriving at different times, we registered five different employee names so each person could check in when they arrived. However, when we arrived at the resort, the staff said that all six rooms were somehow registered under the first name from Room 1, and they refused to let anyone check in unless that specific person arrived first. This made absolutely no sense. The person who paid for the booking was present, and we clearly showed the Trip.com app, the official voucher, and the names of all employees staying in the rooms. Despite all of this, the staff repeatedly said check-in was impossible. What makes this even worse is that there was absolutely no notice anywhere saying that the first guest must arrive before anyone else can check in. Instead of helping us solve the problem, the staff simply told us to wait in the lobby indefinitely with no solution. I have lived in the Philippines for many years and have stayed many times at resorts in Bohol and Boracay, including several Henann Resorts. I have also traveled to many countries. However, I have never experienced such rigid, unhelpful, and unprofessional service. To make matters worse, no manager came out to assist us, even after we asked multiple times. For a resort that claims to offer quality hospitality, this level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly below even a one-star standard. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would strongly recommend future guests double-check their booking policies before staying here."

"This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!"
