Holiday Inn Express & Suites ST Charles Reviews

I travel quite a bit. I don't mind giving my credit card for incidental purposes. But I do object to dinging my card for $50 with the promise it would be refunded "once the room is inspected and about 4 days" after check out. That is an old practice that shouldn't be allowed. It forces me to take pictures and a video of the room. The property has had an upgrade and the room was good. I would toss out the automatic pancake machine which produces something close to tasteless rubber.

Missing bathroom towels (only 2 sets were provided) bath room door missing the hanging clothes rack (broken rack), missing extra blankets in the closet. Was told the hotel was full but the parking lot was not even half filled.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I have stayed here before, but they have renovated this hotel since my last stay. The hotel lobby and room were clean and in order. Also, everything was in good working order.

Place was nice and clean at a decent price. It also has a decent continental break for guests. Great place if your traveling!!!

This is a very nice hotel. Lots of dining options close to the hotel. Staff was friendly. Excellent room.

The adjustable shower chair had mold on it. Clorox could simply fix that issue. Also, every morning there was a new insect looking at me, when I use the bathroom.

Great, clean, quiet stay. Breakfast was great and fresh every morning. The staff were beyond awesome!

I was charged a $50.00 amenities fee which th desk clerk said was non-refundable. I was originally given a room that was not cleaned and had to return to the desk to get another room. New room was in disrepair. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was good and I would stay there again. It met my needs, the breakfast was good, especially the hot cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was well kept and maintained our room was just a bit damp, but overall we would stay again !

Nice area and nice hotel, but pricey though.

Louder than usual.. No hot water unless you ran the water for 30 minutes or better, Manager said because they just changed tanks, but regardless for 3 days straight.

Great access to roadways, plenty of dining nearby, friendly and helpful staff.

Undergoing renovations that seem to be done half heartedly. Lots of broken ceiling tiles, locks that don’t work, and doors that don’t shut without force. The room was very humid, resulting in damp bedding and towels. Was ok for one night but will not stay here again.
