Check in took 1.5 hours, cleaning guy was at the front desk for after 11 checkin, he had no idea how to use a computer.
Normal desk guy was asleep in one of the rooms, or so i could figure out.
They finally found him and i checked in, after telling him i was not impressed he basically said too bad.
I would never stay at this hotel again.

Pool was closed, nothing on their website. Hallway walls looked like they were flooded so they made an attempt to slap some boards over them. Toilet was pushed so far back and under a counter, if you were sitting, you HAD to lean way forward.
I will say tho, the Thai restaurant was money!!!!

Check-in is very slow. There was only 2 guests in front of me and I wait for 30 minutes. My check-in took more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why! The concierge found the reservation from ******* right away and still was very slow to get the keys. Try to arrive early if you have an appointment.

When we arrived there, they informed us that they had no available room, even though we had made reservations. However, the staff member tried to find a solution for us, but with certain conditions. Eventually, they changed my room three times in five days due to overbooking. Unfortunately, the last room they provided was located next to a mechanical room with lots noise, the last night I did not even go there, I went to my friends house

Room was in need of a good clean. Blackout curtains were falling off. Hot water in bathroom sink didn’t work and cold water came out like Niagara Falls. Patch work (putty) on the walls. Free breakfast edible.
Thai restaurant good but pricey.

Older hotel that needs updated and certain areas of the room wasn’t clean to my liking. Pillows and bed wasn’t so comfortable.
