Hotel and guest room layout is less to be desired. Trying to be Las Vegas, but lacking the atmosphere. Everything is extremely overpriced for the value you get in return. Nickel and dime for all amenities used.

The best hotel in STL by a mile. The service and food are a big step above the rest. The room is what you would expect in a Four Seasons, serene and elegant.

Spa was not opened so that was disappointing. Also the bathroom make up mirror was not working ( didn’t light up) and I wish there was a selection of better pillows . Those are way too soft. Nice stuff and helpful though .

We did not have breakfast. We did have dinner at Ramsey's kitchen and that was very good. I will leave my rating for that dinner for the breakfast review

Took advantage of an upgrade offered and they requested arrival time to prep room, which we gave. Arrived and was told room was not ready. Waited an hour and was told we were unable to have the requested upgraded room. We were put in a lower level suite ( finally) after waiting over an hour.
