Great modern hotel with beautifully decorated, clean and spacious rooms with every amenity you could wish for (seriously, there’s even electric tea kettles in the room!).
The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located right in the heart of Central Avenue, so there’s no shortage of things to do, see and eat within walking distance.

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient and safe. The room was big and had more than we needed. There was value in the price too. The only experience that was not positive was the interaction with the people at the front desk. It felt like I was bothering them and overall unwelcoming due to their demeanors, the thinks they didn’t say as a guest coming in for the first time and unfriendliness. I’m not asking for them to not be themselves but at least a welcome or how was your stay is what leaves you with wanting to return.

we had the valet parking we recommend. near the tropcial field, perfect for our Trip. Restaurants we're in walking dinstance. everything was perfect for us.

I have stayed here a couple of times and love it. The place is beautiful, the rooms are top notch, seemingly brand new. The kitchen has everything you would need and is all top quality. My favorite part of the room is that you get your own washer and dryer (again, pretty much brand new). As far as location goes, you're in the heart of Saint Petersburg. Lots of great stuff just a block or blocks away. I love this place and would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, friendly staff, rooms all prepared to standard. Some minor repairs or adjus**ents needed in certain instances (such as vent fan for bathroom).
