The hotel is really great! Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, in the middle of the city center and rooms are very modern and clean. All the interior is really stylish, it seems looks like a 5* hotel. Great value for money. Special thanks to Alina from reception who speaks perfectly English and was very kind to help me with many things during my stay in St. Petersburg.

Outstanding service! The room and the hotel is very new and modern, hotel is located in the very heart of St Petersburg, walking distance from most of the attractions. Will definitely stay there next time I'm coming to St Petersburg.

The decor and location were excellent. Wonderful beds. Our room was fantastic and so was the staff. This was our first visit to Saint Petersburg and we are in love with your city!

I really liked the attitude of the reception staff towards their work and the cleanliness of the room. But these advantages cover two significant disadvantages: 1. A heated towel rail, a short touch of which caused a 2nd degree burn (there was no panthenol in the reception medicine cabinet, we immediately asked for it). This is the first time I’ve encountered a heated towel rail that heats up to such hellish temperatures, it’s extremely unsafe! It's good that there were no children in the room. 2. The worst breakfasts we have encountered in hotels. I read in the reviews about red fish. We can say that it was not there: halfway through breakfast we managed to take the last two pieces, and did not resume slicing again. Rubbery and inedible pancakes, pancakes and nuggets. Dessert is a chocolate cake with a distinct taste of fat substitutes. And all the food presented was of such quality. In front of us, a girl asked to replenish the supply of bread, she was told that she would have to wait half an hour for it. Naturally, she was indignant, but left with nothing. For the first time, we couldn't finish a single dish at breakfast. Having finished their coffee, they left hungry.

Хороший отель, заселили раньше времени, чему были рады. Номер чистый, убирали вовремя, есть холодильник, утюг, телевизор, wifi, в ванной комнате все средства гигиены присутствуют .Можно посетить бассейн, сауну.кухня отличная, вкуснпя и не дорогая, а кофе - просто улет.Удобное расположение, магазины, кафе, парк. Спасибо, прекрасно провел время

Очень уютные номера, остановились с подругами, в восторге! Невероятно красивый интерьер и прекрасный вид из окна!! Взяли два номера: стандартный и трех местный. Кровати очень мягкие, прекрасное обслуживание и вежливый персонал Теперь буду останавливаться только здесь)
