優：服務生很友善。提供免費傘子借用。
劣：房間不能調校冷氣，天氣很熱時 服務生叫我打開窗 然後很多蚊子飛入房。房間得焗。每次出入酒店，都要把房門鎖匙交到服務台保管，很麻煩。房間設備得污糟，例如風筒、空調 都有明顯污跡。

房間整潔，功能齊全。離車站很近，不到三分鐘，出行非常方便。門口有超市葯房，超市開到25點，葯房晚上11點。非常滿意，強烈推薦。

南浦和のホテル。武蔵野線と京浜東北線の接続駅ではあるが、なかなかにマイナーな駅だ。 さいたまスーパーアリーナでイベントがあり、大宮のホテルが軒並み満室または高額で、周辺の安めなホテルを探したら、ここがわりと安く出していたので、こちらを選んだ。それでも普通の日よりは高かったけど。 宿泊部屋はシングルルームで、一般的なビジホであろう。加湿空気清浄機がないのがマイナスポイントであるが、そろそろ加湿不要な時期なので、まあいいか。 空調は集中式で「冷房になりました！」と誇らしげに張り紙がされていたが、まだ朝は肌寒いし、昼もそれほど暖かくない。さすがに暖房を入れるほどでもないけれど。 立地は駅徒歩2分、コンビニは駅前。飲食店は街の規模に比例して少ないがチェーン店なら苦労しない。

一番安いホテルを選んだので、心配していたら、お部屋は、とても綺麗で、掃除が行き届いていました。シャンプーもいいシャンプーのようで、ツヤツヤになりました！
