Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back.

We travelled with teenage son for this UK trip so we preferred 2 Bedroom apartments, our preference is service apartment. This is a good price for this location, this comfort. We booked for 3 nights stay unfortunately they dont provide housekeeping daily, [ no towel change / no dish washing/ etc ] however you may request for housekeeping daily @£45/day!. The rooms are not big though but comfortable enough for 3 adults. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 queen bed , washer , fridge, kitchen, nespresso machine etc .The location is good 5 mins - 10 mins to food, malls etc. They offer special price for car park opposite Qpark at £18/day. That's good for us cheaper than London which cost us £50/day.
Cons: The apartment living room lights are too dim, has widnow but locked and feel stuffy.
Pros: we prefer service apartments for long trip with family.

You can walk to Victoria Railway Station in about seven minutes, walk to Manchester Cathedral in about two minutes, and walk to the shopping center in about three minutes. The nearby supermarkets, eating, drinking and entertainment are very convenient. The location is excellent. . Secondly, the service of the hotel is very good. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and the maintenance staff, the service is quite good. Especially the cleaning staff saw that my laundry had nowhere to dry and warmly provided me with a floor-standing clothes drying rack. Every other I clean it every seven days and it's pretty clean every time. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool. You can choose different room types according to customer requirements. There are washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, and even pots and pans in the room, which is suitable for long-term business trips or short stays for tourism. 👍!

Lovely apartment, and great facilities. Shower tray was little slippy so maybe a bath mat could be useful. Also no instruction booklets for any of the appliances which I think would have been good to have. However, we had lovely couple days and can highly recommend and also highly recommend the breakfast.

The apartment was lovely and clean. The bed however was very uncomfortable I didn’t sleep well at all which is unfortunate because I would of loved to come back if it wasn’t for the bed. Also the steam room was not working even after one of the staff members said he had turned it on.
