The hotel is located less than 10 minutes away (by car) from the center of Avilés.
The hotel is well cared-for. The room was nice, but the double bed was quite small so I wouldn't say it was the most comfortable hotel. In addition, we found disturbing that the hotel doesn't supply the "do not disturb" cards for the doors. Consequently, the cleaner woke us up every morning to check whether they could clean the room or not. That's an easy fix that we believe would change the entire guest experience.
The bathroom was clean, bed linen and towels were provided and clean. The WiFi worked well too.
I cannot remember if there is a private parking but it is quite easy to park in the area.

El anuncio de la habitación es tal y como se describe, tiene desayuno de buffet libre, el baño es espacioso, pero las ventanas no aíslan el ruido del exterior, la cama era muy cómoda y está muy bien de precio, os recomiendo este hotel.

Le sobra una estrella. Limpio y nada más. No se lo recomendaría a nadie. Precio /calidad caro. La primera vez que fui por no encontrar en otros sitios, pero desde luego no volveré. Ni entiendo la puntuación media que tiene.

El desayuno variado y la cafetería donde se desayuna muy cuidada, y bien decorada, muy original, el chico atento y reponía lo que faltaba . La señora que me atendió en recepción un poco seca pero muy responsable y amable, me dejó hacer una llamada, fue flexible. La cena en la sidrería muy bien, esperaba q fuera en el mismo hotel, pero desplazarte unos metros fue hasta agradable, se cena mucho eso si, tuve que pedir taper para llevar y en habitación hay frigo, asi que bien. La habitación limpia y un baño con bañera muy bonito. Hay split de aire que tu puedes usar para frío o calor.

El hotel, sus habitaciones y el personal de recepción son maravillosos y muy amables. La habitación es bastante amplia y muy acogedora. Pero, el servicio de limpieza ha sido bastante nefasto. Nos quedamos 3 noches, y el Segundo día tuvimos que alertar que nuestra habitación no había sido limpiada el primer día. La mañana en la que nos íbamos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 8:50h sin aviso ni disculpa dando un portazo y asustándonos ya que estábamos durmiendo y no teníamos que dejarla hasta las 12:00h. Lamentable la actitud del personal de limpieza, que lejos de disculp****, han negado esto, aún habiendo fotos de los indicadores de la puerta ( tanto del de hacer la habitación como del de no molestar), dejando a dirección pidiéndonos perdón en su nombre.

El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad precio. Alquilamos una habitación doble con baño con jacuzzi y cumplió nuestras espectativas. La habitación era aboardillada (quizá un poco baja), muy amplia, con una cama grande y muy cómoda, especialmente las almohadas. Buena limpieza y servicio. El baño era enorme con un amplio jacuzzi con vistas al cielo. El desayuno variado y acertado. Los unicos inconvenientes fueron la ubicación del hotel, algo alejado del centro, y en una calle con mucho tráfico, aunque las ventanas de la habitación estaban bien aisladas.
