Although I have already reviewed this hotel during my previous visit but this hotel and its staff deserves another one. The hotel staff goes extra mile in everything they do. During my this trip, the restaurant where I normally have dinner had a special seafood night and I don’t eat that. Imran, the staff at reception made sure that I get my meal as per my preference and arranged it at another restaurant. Also, hotel is a destination in itself in Kuwait as it has multiple fine restaurants. Will definitely keep coming back for their hospitality

The hotel has come in the years, everything old and partially broken. The staff are nice and helpful. But honestly, the hotel is not worth the price at this equipment. It will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Terrible place. The place is nicely located in Al Salmia, where I am doing business. However, at the time of check-in, my experience was awful. The receptionist did not speak English and could not know how to find the reservation number as I was reading to him in English, unbelievable! He insisted that I had no reservation, which was done through American Express! I had to take the printout reservations he had (only two) and show him that my name was on one of them. The room was NOT CLEAN; there were no towels or toiletries, the phone was not working, and lots of flies. I had to go downstairs to get what is typically present in any hotel room, which was another struggle to communicate with the front desk. I got one old torn towel! TV has a blurry picture. For cleaners, see the images for yourself; sorry for the disgusting photo, especially the one with what looks like human fluid. Definitely, not a 3-star hotel. Save yourself and do not try it.
