This hotel is terrible. The front desk sent us to a building next door, the condition way worse than the main building. Never visit again! Not recommended!

Clean room, plenty parking space, and reasonable price including breakfast

Good value for money, but the air conditioner is too noisy

The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly!!! The rooms are clean and super cute!!! Have an amazing breakfast as well!!

Friendly staff, the inn offers good size clean rooms and comfortable beds in a convenient location.

Overall good. But due to the age of buildings, there’s slight noise coming out of water pumps perhaps. Easy parking, really nice staff. In room facilities are good

Stayed in the dead of winter but still a beautiful setting. Good value for the money; very good included breakfast and quick checkin/checkout. Room heating was a bit noisy and lighting wasn't great; but would stay again.

Lovely quiet suite, great value for cost, but hot tub was down, and breakfast wasnt quite prepared with items running out mid shift and beverages diluted or empty

What stands out for me the most are the staff. They are wonderful! Frienly, kniwledgsbi, proffesiomal and they all hzve great attitudes they look like they enjoy their job anf thru re slways smimi h

The Continental Breakfast was beyond incredible! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was next to nil. This is one thing that should be addressed. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I travel to the area for work.

Everything is great at the property, the breakfast was amazing, everything is very clean. The coke machine at the lobby doesn't give change for toonies coins.

Pleasant staff, well maintained, quiet facility close to major transportation routes.

Guest service agent was pleasant. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Shower was decent. Quiet in the hotel. Buffet breakfast could be improved (waffles and fresh made scrambled eggs) and coffee was not my favorite.

We booked a room here with a lake view and a couch and ended up with neither. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I went to the front desk and they said all they could offer was a downgraded room. Same price. Smaller room. No couch. A view into the windows of other rooms. We had to repair the blinds to deal with that. There was no hot water that night. Woke up early aching from the bed, but at least there was hot water for the time being. Showered and went to check out. Told them about not having hot water the night before and she said she could see it happening in the other building but not the one we were in. Guess that’s an ok standard for this hotel. They assumed no responsibility for anything and said I’d have to take it up with *******.
