Decent but not worth the price   The hotel is OK overall, but it doesn’t really deliver what it costs. The breakfast and pool area are nice, but the new towel system — where they leave only two pool towels per room — is really inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is terrible and works only about half the time, which makes it frustrating if you need to stay connected. The property itself is clean but long overdue for an upgrade. With better maintenance and service improvements, it could justify its rates, but right now it falls short.

I've stayed here for two nights...basic room, not so clean...this is not a Mercure Hotel level for sure...i've been in many Mercure Hotel all around the world and this is the worst...the only good thing is breakfast...they don't have umbrella to borrow you if it rains (it rained two nights on two)...for the price i paid, compared to brazilian cost of living, they should have given me the umbrella...too expensive for the hotel it actually is

Wonderful experience every day at this hotel! Services, comfort, service, location and an incredible view make this place unique.

Bad experience regarding hotel parking. There's not even a place for pedestrians to exit. I had to go down a terrible ramp with no signage where pedestrians should walk. Bad experience. Poor parking structure. They need to improve signage and parking structures, in addition to installing a charger for electric cars. A chain like Accor would be the minimum.
