The place was good, but the staff didn’t know how to deal with customers. Just because i have not get the good experience out of that staff. Because i have booked an executive suite room with breakfast included. At the time of check in. At 9 o’clock they told nothing about the timings for breakfast. But they have called the room twice for the closure of restaurant for the dinner time in the morning at 11 o’clock. When i gone for breakfast in the restaurant, they told that our breakfast timings are shut at 10:30. Then they provide us some lame parathas but i really don’t understand in the night when i have ordered a mango shake for the price of 225. They provided me that but in the morning when i have ordered a mango shake or anything other than brand, they denied i really have had a terrible experience in that hotel
