It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all.

It was a great stay although I had a bit of a problem checking in and the pool was a little dirty. Besides that I enjoyed it.

Someone had a party downstairs with music so loud it shook our room. All the way until 12:30 AM (even though the party said they would stop at 11:00 PM). If you want to place that is quiet to rest DO NOT STAY HERE. The front staff didn’t do anything to end the event or even attempt to turn down the noise.

Best place to stay with family. The hotel rooms were very clean and the mattress was comfortable. There were a lot of options in the Morning breakfast.

I got lost at first getting there later finding out they have limited parking. When I arrived I had to wait 45 mins to even get my room. The staff there aren’t very friendly as they assume but it’s a nice cheap place to stay overall with a decent hotel breakfast

We have stayed here several times & will continue to stay here. It’s close to Frost Bank Center. People here have always been very friendly.

Everything was very accommodating and clean. The only issue was the restroom it seemed as if it did not get the adequate attention towards the cleanliness. There was a good amount of hair in the shower and the soap from the previous person that stayed there was still in there. We have small children that usually use the tub so that was the only inconvenience. Over all it was a great stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We are a family of four and our room was comfortable for us. The restroom was clean and the whole room. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was low from the highway and guests. The breakfast was okay.

We stayed last minute as we were on a family road trip. I have a 3 month old and I picked this room because it advertised microwave and mini fridge. Well the front desk young man was very nice when we checked in at midnight. Room 406 was very clean, comfy beds, nice little shampoos and conditioner. Overall could have been 5 stars except. Microwave did not work so I could not heat up water for my baby’s bottles. I had to give her cold formula. The heater did not work either so we all woke up coughing (I have an asthmatic son and the cold triggered his cough). I told the lady up front and all she said was oh ok. I was disappointed.

The location of the hotel is the best. Everything is close by. The cleanliness of our room wasn’t the best. Mattress had a huge stain and saw a couple cockroaches during our stay. Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday, requested a crib every single day and never got it.
