The room was incredibly spacious and generally clean. Unfortunately, I developed a red rash after my first night and had to lay a towel over the bed to avoid direct contact with the blanket. As for breakfast, it could be improved with more variety and more vegetable options, especially for guests staying longer than 2–3 days. On the plus side, having a free parking option is a massive benefit for a downtown San Antonio hotel. Overall, it still offers good value for money.

Place was ok. Room smelled like mildew from to much humidity. You could see growth on the lamp shade. A lot of wear and tear in the room.

Overall experience were good, cosy and convenient to visit attraction places. Except for the lift, a bit slow.

Great location within easy walking distance of the river walk and Alamo, with free parking on site. Huge clean room and very friendly staff.

It's about the standard level of a budget American hotel. The room was a bit dark.

The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the lively river bank. The room is quite large and soundproofed. It may be the weekend, there are many guests in the hotel, the parking spaces are almost full, and there are also many people eating breakfast.
