The room was filled with Roaches and unclean.. The lobby was filled with homeless and transients. The breakfast was awful and handed to I and my son on a paper plate..

Terrible experience. There was blood in the room we were assigned. When we informed the front desk they were not surprised and acted like it was a normal occurrence. The pictures are not accurate! Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures they posted the lobby looks nothing like the pictures.
The neighborhood is sketchy. There are a bunch of people loitering in the parking lot it does not feel like vehicles are safe.

Great price for how nice the property was. Way mor luxury than I expected especially for the price point. Staff was very helpful and I had no complications at all.

This place is dirty. There were hairs in the bed and shower. On top of that they charged us $40 extra and still treated us horrible. When we checked in we paid cash and everything seemed okay we were leaving almost 30 min later and the two front desk people Sebastian and Brianna stopped us and told us we “under paid” $100 didn’t show us any proof any reinvents anything we asked to check the cameras they threatened to lock us out of our room so we just paid and left alone I wrote a review on Google they responded to my review claiming “they checked the cameras and we did underpay” then when we went to check they still tried to charge another $100 claiming we didn’t pay again. These people not only don’t know how to count they’re also disrespectful. Don’t stay here literally so many better places to stay.

Comfortable visit , this most recent stay there were 3 of us in breakfast line, late but she could have served us instead told us we were late. I left and the other 2 didnt eat. Ive worked in a hotel breakfast and those eggs are liquid, she could have made more.

Rooms were clean and in good shape. Breakfast was a nightmare. Went at 730 and 9 and both times line was 20 to 25 deep and not worth the time. Halls were noisy but that was as much guest issue as hotel issue. Only other thing that was about discerning was the back entrance did not shut so it was free access for anyone all hours and that's not always the best thing when you're in a somewhat sketchy area of town. But the rooms were cheap and they were perfectly adequate for their intended use.

Needed to cancel last minute criminal activity high crime rate and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly called to cancel and they still charged us fully always read recluirse before you book lesson learned
