There were no towels in the room. I asked for two but was told I could only have one at a time. The heater did not work.

Very dim lighting for the sink, the mirror has backlighting that either was defective or just poor lighting. The rooms are not tech savvy. No built in USB charging ports.

This is were we love to stay when staying in San Antonio the ONLY thing the breakfast could be better just maybe more love into it

Was totally amazing the outdoors were so relaxing sitting by the waterfall.. Awesome hot breakfast always something yummy and different from biscuits & gravy to eggs bacon & potatoes.. The personel are also friendly and polite.. There is an onsite 24/7 laundry.. The rooms are big and spacious..

The room was meh. It had a weird smell but went away once the air was turned on. You can also hear the cars driving on the freeway when the AC is off. The bed was really comfy though. Breakfast was pretty good. Loved the warm Tx sized waffles, biscuits and gravy and the coffee. My son loved the egg. (And he’s picky with the eggs). The lady was nice enough to check in a little early since she had rooms available.

The rooms are spacious, the outdoor view is so relaxing and beautiful, there is an onsite laundry and also a wonderful breakfast. I love it so much here i have taken up my residence here. Its a wonderful place to stay.

It has been so amazing I checked in Dec. 8 and had planned on checking out on
Dec. 11, i love it so much here its already Dec. 27 and im still here i have extended my stay til Dec. 31 the breakfast is great its always something different.. The staff here is also very amazing. I love it.

We have to come to San Antonio every 3 months for medical reasons and this is the first time in year since we moved to Louisiana that we have found somewhere where we can stay every time we come to San Antonio, the room was so clean no bugs no hair anywhere I’m very impressed and can’t wait to come back
