Ocean View is a delightful resort on a hill just outside Lord Howe Island's settlement. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. There's a pleasant pool and the ocean is just a couple of hundred meters away. The resort has a restaurant and bar but the restaurant was booked out while we were there.

Ocean Heaven had this valentine promo offer and so I availed as I'll be in the Island on those dates. The Room is Fresh and Spotless clean. The Bed and the Bathroom as well as the closet looks new, it is new. AC, TV and hot water is OK and Wifi is Very Good..Housekeeping is attending to my needs like providing a rack so I can dry my clothes and they always greet w a smile. The garden and pathwalk is wide and the whole resort had two pools w spots to relax and chill. The breakfast is good too. Location is perfect to the beach and there's a guy infront outside the resort named Azang which offers island day tours at reasonable price. I enjoyed my two nights stay.

A restaurant with taste pleasure. The restaurant served, among other things, local, very well-cooked food. Service excellent. The menu contained several interesting local dishes. In addition, an excellent pasta was prepared. Surprisingly high level of food right through. We didn't stay at the resort but the place is very well looked after. Clean and fresh.

Nice view of place, GREAT FOOD at there restaurant and good prices! Rooms are not updated and need some repairs, no phones in rooms to call front desk or restaurant for room service. Front desk people were very helpful especially Lucelle and Irish!!!!! No bar of soap to shower with or wash hands!!
