The experience was above my expectations! The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. Even the housekeepers were lovely. The room was spotless and came with all the amenities I needed. Highly recommend this place, especially for solo travelers.

Beyond my expectation. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed. Seems well maintained and staffs were friendly. You could hear kids in the elementary school during day time, there was no safe or microwave.

As a timeshare, it doesn't offer much. Everything is self-serve. The concierge are not cordial. Not a hello or any greeting. They're busy on their cell phones. There's no info and when I asked, offered nothing when I asked what local events you recommend. Front desk are friendly, especially the weekend staff. However, we enjoyed our trip. It's right next to Chinatown and Union Square. It's close to the bus station and train. Don't expect much from the resort, but just to rest and sleep as there's not much it offers. It's more of a hotel.

We have been to San Francisco numerous time and stayed in nearby three nearby timeshares. This one is great location, historical building, free loading parking, parking garage close and convenient, but not in and out priviledge; Front desk nice and let us check in early, give us a bottle wine when know we have a student graduation... complain is the 711 studio is very poorly furnitured and arranged, not much storage space, not much supplies... no free wifi in 2025 the capital of high tech, and no housekeeping for a 7 day stay. But it is fairly quiet.

The rooms have been upgraded and are very comfortable. The staff were excellent, and noticeably more numerous than last time. Ideal location next to a Japanese restaurant and across the road from a great mini-mart and liquor store. A lovely home away from home.
