Great location! Convenient and walking distance to all the attractions in old San Juan. Would highly recommend.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable with a well supplied kitchenette, although there was no hot water. We enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony and people watching. There is a grocery store right next door which was really convenient for picking up items like bread, eggs and milk. We did find it quite noisy due to the neighbouring bar and early morning deliveries, however, the location made up for it. We had no difficulty finding the apt. and staff was available to make sure we were settled. We would recommend staying for 1-3 nights to explore the Old City.

The Vintage Suite was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely book here again & recommend it to others.

My family enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and very easy to get to. There was an elevator that made it easy to access the apartment with luggage. The only complaint, which had nothing to do with the apartment itself was just the noise in the evening outside the building. The bars and streets are very loud with music, people and sirens. The location of the building was great during the day being centrally located, but at night it was very loud with people out having a good time. If you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early then you might want to bring some earplugs. We stayed there Thursday-Saturday and it was loud both nights. I have stayed in Old San Juan by the forts and it was definitely much more quiet up in that area.

We had a great stay! Unit was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable and an amazing location. Note if you are staying in the balcony unit the street gets very loud at night. We brought a sound machine and earplugs, but they were no match for the fireworks going off until 4 AM on NYE. Would definitely stay again but maybe not over a holiday weekend.

Host never showed up, Hallways were dirty and not maintained. Elevator missed the 2nd floor by 8”. This is one of those places when you have NO OTHER CHOICE and can’t wait to leave.

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and conveniently situated. However, it was not a hotel, no front desk, and no daily room service. Also, three different codes to get to your room was somewhat inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and convenient. Everything in walking distance. We will come back! And recommend to everyone to check this place out. Thank you

Perfect location in downtown Old San Juan. Safe and clean. Check in was easy and fast. Home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting San Juan! Cheers!
